Selling tickets is in the DNA of our company. The passion for sport, with tennis in particular, was central to the establishment of Tennis Ticket Service. It all started in 2007 when the ‘event junkies’ behind the company visited a lot of tennis matches. Tickets became increasingly difficult to get, causing the idea to expand the network to a wider audience than friends and family only. gekauft. für 2 tage je 2 tickets. am tag vor der veranstaltung kam die mitteilung, das die tickets für den 1. tag nicht gelten, ich habe 2 ersatztickets für den nebenplatz erhalten. die stimmung war natürlich im keller. habe dann urgiert und den differenzbetrag zurückgefordert. das ganze hat dann 6 monate gedauert. aber dann ging es sehr schnell. letztmalig urgiert und am nächsten tag war der betrag auf meinem bankkonto. Wij kochten tickets voor de dagsessie en kregen zogezegd een upgrade naar avondtickets waar we niets konden meedoen. Bye bye geld en een frustratie rijker.
Hoe kan het toch dat die mensen nog in de spiegel kunnen zien. Zo'n oplichters , schandalig !!

Hoi Peggy,
Dit hoort niet te gebeuren. Een dagsessie bestellen en avondtickets krijgen waar je niets mee kon, zonder dat je daarmee akkoord ging, is een fout van onze kant. Geen misverstand over hoe wij werken, gewoon fout.
We willen dit alsnog rechtzetten, ook al is deze review inmiddels een tijd oud. Stuur je een mail naar info@tennisticketservice.com met je bestelgegevens? Dan zoeken we dit uit en kijken we wat we voor je kunnen doen.

Amazing Experience
I've been for the 1st time at Roland Garros.
I tried many times to get it on the official website, but my order have been canceled their for sur booking...
So i finaly got my tickets from Tennis tickets service.
Of course it was much more expensive than the official website.
But at least i got my tickets the day before without any issue.
Thanks so much and see you next year for Nadal !

I cant give a negative result so one star. This company is a joke. I paid over AUD $2000 for three days at the 2023 French Open. Tickets for the first day did not arrive until 1.00am on the day of the tennis, they also congratulated us on being upgraded from an all day ground pass to a night session - hardly an upgrade paying $800 to see a single match rather than several matches we had planned to see on the outside courts. Day 3 same occurred tickets arrived at 7am on the day and again they congratulated us on being upgraded. I don’t call ordering and paying for Philip Chartier arena is an upgrade to be given tickets to the Suzanne Lengen Court. Having travelled all the way from Australia for the tennis - this also was not an upgrade to be sent to an inferior court. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

We followed up on this directly in December 2024, well after this review, and issued a refund for the order. You confirmed receiving it at the time.
For anyone reading this now: this was resolved, even though the review itself was never updated to reflect that. We're glad we could make it right, even if it took longer than it should have.
