False advertising. Thought I was ordering wild geranium plant plugs. Instead, I received a smushed envelope of 3/4 dead bare roots. Each one is 1/2 the size of my little finger with few to no roots attached to each rhizome. It will be a miracle if any of them grow into a plant. If you are selling bare roots then say so in your product description so we can shop for plant plugs elsewhere.

Plants came looking horrible with barley any roots, eventually with tender care a good amount did root and come around.

Trees had very healthy roots, and were larger than I expected compared to other companies that I have ordered from in the past. All are are now thriving!

It was a bit of an emotional roller coaster but eventually they grew! Despite planting all of the ferns the same day I received them, none of them seemed like they survived. Then about a month later they started growing! So it's more of a long game, just to set expectations.

Never received my order. It was out for delivery on May 2.

We are very happy with our moss order. It was delayed bc it was so dry (no rain). Too dry to dig it up. Once shipped it came very quickly.

Pretty happy with my wholesome orders. Half of them are a month plus over due but the ones that have showed up have been as advertised hopefully they grow well. Retail side I recieved mostly the smallest trees when I had ordered 3 to 4ft and they were a month late with no explanation or cost adjustment so I won't be using the retail store again.

I purchased 15 bare root trees and only 1 of them has sprouted leaves after waiting almost 6 spring weeks of waiting, meaning I was sent mostly dead trees. The company refuses to do anything helpful on this issue, stating I didn't purchase a warranty. I replied that I expected to receive plants that were alive and didn't need a warranty if the plants were alive, as I have tended to many trees over the years. They didn't seem to care. Don't buy from this company!

Product was excellent. Would have been a 5 but took a long time to get the bare roots.

two purchases already made from TWN, and the results are great my mulberry trees are doing great, planted over 6 weeks ago they have grown over a foot and a half already. My second purchase Paw trees were planted two days ago a day after I received them, let's wait a bit yet, however the delivery took a few extra days but no complains the trees were in good shape when I got them.

Order for Southern Grandiflora Magnolia(s) arrived in great shape -- nice specimens carefully boxed.

Everything to do with Tennessee Wholesale Nursery has been excellent from placing original order, communicating with the Nursery, and receiving the trees. Even when delivery was delayed due to concerns with weather, the Nursery was prompt in letting us know.

This is Bob Williams and I received my three orders The Papa Trees Mulberry trees in burning bush they're all supposed to be 2 to 3 ft but the pawpaw trees were more like 1 to 2 ft there's a picture I paid $649 for the pawpaw trees. Can I get a price adjustment.
Or just send me some more a few more to make up the difference.I think that's about my 14th order this year and this is the only one that I had a problem with
