I ordered two pairs of shoes from Japan, and Telemark Pyrenees dispatched them very quickly.

Unfortunately, the shoes didn't fit me due to La Sportiva's highly inconsistent sizing, so I had to send them back to France. The support team at Telemark Pyrenees was extremely helpful, offering me various options for returning the products. When my return package was held up at customs, they did everything they could to resolve the issue. They even covered the return fees after the French Post Office inexplicably decided to send the package back to Japan. Although this whole process took months, Telemark Pyrenees remained supportive and proactive in addressing all the issues I encountered. I will definitely order from them again - they are truly reliable!

J'ai commandé deux paires de chaussures depuis le Japon, et Telemark Pyrénées les a expédiées très rapidement.

Malheureusement, les chaussures ne me convenaient pas à cause des tailles très incohérentes de La Sportiva, donc j'ai dû les renvoyer en France. L'équipe de support de Telemark Pyrénées a été extrêmement aidante, me proposant diverses options pour le retour des produits. Quand mon colis est resté bloqué en douane, ils ont tout mis en œuvre pour résoudre le problème. Ils ont même couvert les frais de retour après que la Poste française a décidé de renvoyer inexplicablement le colis au Japon. Bien que cette procédure ait pris des mois, Telemark Pyrénées a été constamment à l'écoute et efficace pour adresser tous les problèmes rencontrés. Je n'hésiterai pas à commander de nouveau chez eux.

Excellent service. Even checked that I knew about VAT and Duty before shipping. New bindings arrived quickly and the VAT and Duty was paid through DHL which made it easy.

The price on these ski boots with shipping was a lot less than I can find in the US. This company communicates every step of the order which arrived quickly.

Exceptional service from Telemark Pyrenees. Ordered skis & bindings on Thursday evening, they were delivered the following Monday to the UK with bindings fitted & adjusted to my specifications. I was unable to get the skis i wanted in the UK so had to get from the EU, despite the extra costs involved post-Brexit they were still incredibly good value. Excellent communication from the company throughout the transaction, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

Exceptional customer service! Purchased an MSR camping stove online on Friday evening AEST and received it in perfect condition on Tuesday at noon. It costs $450 AUD if you buy it from NZ, and couldn't find it in Australia. We chose DHL express for delivery, the item traveled from Toulouse to Germany, Singapore and then to Australia in 4 days. Cost, including postage? $254 AUD. I don't know how they do it, but these guys are Legends!

Ordered some items and choose the most economic shipping option: pickup from an UPS access point.
Goods were sent on Monday from France and delivered on Thursday afternoon in The Netherlands. So that is pretty good for international delivery.

Excellent customer and technical service received at Telemark Pyrenees. Responded promptly to several emails, talked through my ski touring order over the phone, mounted the ski bindings, checked the ski crampons fit, cut the skins to fit and promptly delivered to Chamonix. Processed VAT refund promptly when I left Europe. Highly recommended

They saved our family holiday! Long (and stressful) story short we were let down by another company last minute and luckily I found these guys. Speedy response and excellent customer service. Shipped straight away. They offer different delivery options to suit anyone. Great and safe packaging. Got my backpack carrier on deal so it kind of covered the VAT tax (bloody Brexit). Placed my order on Wednesday afternoon and got my order in UK on Friday morning! I was able to track my parcel all the time. I am so grateful! Guys, you literally saved our holiday! These folks are real and really good at what they do. After my local shops told me it will take them a week to get the bindings attached to skis I turned online. Found a combo of skis and bindings that I wanted at 40%+ less expensive that in my local shop, that is shipping from Europe to US and taxes (or lack of them) included. Ordered Sunday night got skis delivered by UPS Wednesday. Their customer service is also VERY good. Unreal.

Great service I asked them to call me, I had a question regarding my order, and they called back within an hour. The package was delivered to Denmark the day after i ordered. Fantastic!
