Representative answered call quickly. Knowledgeable, friendly, solved subscription issue and referred me to technical support for download and install issue. The tech rep was also knowledgeable, friendly and solved the the problem quickly using a remote program. Very pleased.

Tech was very pleasant and helpful. The only issue I have is when calling for assistance the associate is why to pushy on trying to sell a new service. I hate calling for help sometimes just because some of them won't take no for a answer. I am a disabled vet who does not have extra money to buy extra servives.

Terrific Assistance and Impressive Tech Support
The man who assisted me in finishing various setups and explaining different applications was terrific! He had broad experience and impressive customer communications. He was patient and very skilled. Working with him, I got all my questions answered. If Jan Torrente is the standard for all customer service, I have made a good decision in trusting the company.
