TechSolutions Support was honestly pretty solid. I had a messy computer issue and the chat rep got me connected with a technician for remote support without making it feel confusing. David walked me through what he was doing in plain English, which I appreciated because, you know, I'm not trying to guess what's happening on my own laptop. It did take a little longer than I expected, to be fair, but they stuck with it and followed up the next day. My computer is running normally again, and I didn't feel rushed through the process.

I had a bit of an odd request, I was really in need of a singular screw for an Nvme SSD and I popped in to ask if i could buy any. The store owner was kind enough to offer me a few different screws completely free to make sure I had what I needed, even though I had offered to pay. I got what I needed and was grateful.

Easy to get in touch with. The two techs I dealt with followed through with items they needed time to solve. Only issues is they are trained to cross sell other Iolo products. One rep kept trying to pitch services i told him I already had or did not need.

Iolo is available 24/7, and even though some Support Technicians are in other countries because of the 24-hour time zones, I found them knowledgeable and professional and succinct. JOBELLE is the best!!! She very quickly solved my problem! I'm very happy with the service I received!
