Can't get The Technogym App to work with my Samsung Phone or watch.
After 2 days of trying i rang Technogym. First they tried to fob me off😠 but after a bit of quizing they admitted the Technogym app is not compatible with any Samsung product including all watches, this kinda blew my mind🤯 as it's marketed as being compatible with Samsung products.

If someone from Technogym reads this, please sort your act out.
Remove the options to sync with samsung products from your app untill it actually works!

Unfortunately We bought a Technogym treadmill and paid thousands for it. With a minimal use it started making noise. We contacted them and they after seeing video quoted to repair and replace that part for £ 220. After engineers visit we were sent another demand of payment of 628 pounds to replace the motor. We objected and demanded our money back which is £ 220 but they refused to pay us back. They initially asked to bank transfer there is no other way you can pay them this is a trick. No we are in dispute to get money back from them. We have decided to go to escalate to get the money bank and we are determined to do it. This company is run by crooks and I wonder how they obtained licence to sell their substandard products in UK market. I would warn everyone to be careful getting into their trap.

Condivido la mia esperienza per chi sta valutando Technogym. Ho acquistato un Technogym Bench e la qualità non è stata all’altezza delle aspettative. Dopo due anni e davvero pochissimo utilizzo, una banda elastica ha perso completamente elasticità, proprio a un mese dalla fine della garanzia. Ciò significa che è diventata inutilizzabile.

Un problema di questo tipo su un prodotto di questa fascia è francamente inaccettabile.
Se le bande elastiche hanno una durata così limitata, questo dovrebbe essere chiaramente indicato al momento dell’acquisto. Nel sito citano "Materiali robusti e durevoli".

Non vale sicuramente l'investimento. Volevo acquistare il Myrun ma dopo questa situazione dubito fortemente che lo farò. Mi dispiace ma sconsiglio l'acquisto del prodotto e l'azienda (che dopo 6 giorni ancora non ha risposto alla mia segnalazione, però in fase d'acquisto e pre sale tutti pronti a rispondere in 2 secondi...).

Med mer än 10 års erfarenhet inom gymbranschen kan jag med god säkerhet säga att technogyms utrustning är helt värdelös, låt mig motivera. Först och främst så är alla deras maskiner osköna med en genomrutten "range of motion"(ROM), bänkarna är höga o breda och allmänt dysfunktionella. Fria vikterna har 0 karaktär och dåligt genomtänkta. Kolla exempelvis på märket Eleiko där vikter är indelade i färg kategorier som ger möjlighet till mer ordning i gymmet. Alla gym som jag besökt(mer än 20 nordic wellness klubbar) har vikterna legat överallt och ostrukturerat. En pedagogisk färg för mupparna skulle hjälpa dom att hänga tillbaka plattorna på rätt ställe. Nordic wellness har blivit helt inflammerat med dessa maskiner och utrustning. STOPPA TECHNOGYM.

Tout d’abord la boutique s’est démenée pour me livrer le tapis roulant à temps pour un anniversaire ( avec 1 sem d’avance sur le délai prévu initialement) et je l’en remercie
Le tapis roulant en question est très pratique et facile d’utilisation en plus d’être beau
Un vendeur m’a rappelée pour me donner des informations complémentaires pour l’utilisation de mon tapis et ça c’était très bien ça m’a permis de retrouver des détails que je connaissais pas avant
Je suis cliente Technogym depuis longtemps et je le resterais .. ils sont au top pour tout et je les conseille absolument

I am very disappointed with the lack of communication from the company regarding my issue. Half of my order was missing, and when I contacted customer service, I was told that someone would work on the problem and follow up with me. However, I never received any email confirmation or update. It has been over a week, and I still don’t know whether I will receive the missing items or a refund. This level of communication is unprofessional and unacceptable.

Months and months after new bikes were purchased from Technogym and installed at Virgin Active Salford, the products are still not fit-for-purpose. The machines constantly freeze and Technogym have been unable to fix the (presumed) software problem. The result is that during a session the user has to repeatedly unplug the unit, lose the workout progress, to unfreeze the screen.

Cela va faire 4 mois que les agents de la salle d’Intervalle Balma attendent votre entretien sur deux vélos elliptiques sur 3. Ce serait bien de faire quelque chose dans la mesure ou le soir, les rotations sont longues et le matériel en place est inexploitable alors même que nous payons une inscription dans cette salle pour ne pas bénéficier des matériels.

I am a member of a gym that uses their equipment. Service order put in on equipment and one month later still no service! Wondering if this is a company of salesman who over promise and under deliver!

Gostei do serviço rapido de entrega e da interação com o departamento de vendas. Quando entregaram o equipamento não utilizaram proteção adequada para o chão e deixaram varias areas onde o chão de madeira ficou com riscos. Não houve explicação do uso do equipamento, o que eu acho estranho visto que é talvez a companhia mais cara de equipamento para ginásio. No que diz respeito ao equipamento, é excelente.

Der Kundenservice von Technogym in Deutschland ist eine absolute Katastrophe und Unverschämtheit. Wer sich Premiumanbieter nennt sollte sowas definitiv im Griff haben. Nie wieder!

Serie di pesi e kettlebells a bike e 2 bench e
Scrivo perché reputo assurdi ed inaccettabile…
4 bande elastiche delle bench si sono rotte… ho visitato il flagstore di Milano e la risposta e’ stata che succede di frequente perché “ non sono fatte in Cina”…. Aldilà della risposta senza senzo il discorso e’ che si rompono e spesso pur costando 4 volte normali elastici che non si rimpono per anni…

The machine is ok while it works. Not much better than a Concept2 ( i owned both)

The problem is that when it breaks is absurdly expensive to fix. Furthermore, it is very difficult to fix by yourself

A screw under the seat of my machine broke and they budgeted $630 to fix it (around 60% of a new concept2). So, i will simply donate to an institution that has the capacity to fix it

It looks nice, so my advise, take it a picture and row in a concept2
