Technogym är nog det absolut sämsta gym märket i världen allt suger the range of motion is shit är dåligt från en biomekanisk standpoint och hur maskinerna känns är dåligt också. Strength curven suger också detta är bara ett märke som är gjort för att fylla lokaler inte för folk som faktiskt tar träning seriöst

I invested in high-end Technogym equipment at a significant cost, expecting durability, long-term serviceability, and premium customer support. The equipment was barely used and practically new when it became non-functional.

Over the course of more than a year, I repeatedly contacted customer service. I was asked multiple times at least eight separate occasions to provide serial numbers, photos, and videos, which clearly indicates a lack of internal coordination and proper case management.

Eventually, a technician visited my home, evaluated the machines, and confirmed they could be repaired. I was sent a quotation of approximately $4,850 for replacement parts, which I approved and paid. I then waited more than two months for the parts, being told they were delayed or held in customs.

After persistent follow-ups, I was informed that the equipment could not be repaired because the necessary parts are no longer produced. Both the treadmill and the bike model had been discontinued.

This leads to the most concerning issue:

When purchasing equipment from Technogym, customers should clearly understand that if a model is discontinued, the company may no longer manufacture replacement parts and your expensive equipment may become impossible to repair, regardless of how lightly it was used.

For products in this price category, long-term service support should be guaranteed. Being told that premium equipment cannot be repaired simply because production stopped raises serious concerns about sustainability, reliability, and long-term investment value.

The lack of coordination between technical staff and corporate offices, the acceptance of payment for parts that were ultimately unavailable, and the prolonged delays reflect a level of service that does not align with the expectations of a global luxury brand.

Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot confidently recommend Technogym as a dependable long-term investment.

Un problème de mise en marche sur un tapis de course s'est transformé en parcours du combattant (au moins c'est toujours du sport... mais pas comme je l'espérais).
Appel au SAV en octobre pour réparation, devis reçu et payé à 100% immédiatement avant d'avoir la venue d'un technicien qui s'est faite en décembre 2025 (1 mois 1/2 d'attente). La carte d'alimentation est changée mais le technicien casse le vérin lors de sa mise en service. Et là, nous sommes fin février 2026 et toujours pas de réparation qui attend que le directeur SAV valide la prise en charge de cette pièce qu'ils ont cassée. Et toujours la même réponse de leur service : "je prends vos coordonnées et je remonte l'information". Ce directeur doit être très très haut perché car l'information a vraiment du mal à l'atteindre... Donc fuyez cette marque !!!!

Horrible service après vente vraiment fuyer !! Pour vendre il ya du monde mais dès que vous avez un problème de SAV personne ne répond aux emails, appels etc !! Une bande d’incompétent sans nom !! Comment pouvez vous revendiquer vendre du Haut de gamme lorsque vous êtes même pas capable de répondre à un email ou de décrocher votre téléphone !!!

Our Gym in Rustington has in excess of 7 Tecnogym machines currently out of order. If this is not resolved it looks to me like it will have to close.
Things are soo bad that the Gym has put up signs saying that they cannot get anything resolved as Technogym cannot offer any service.
How bad is that

Don’t purchase from Technogym but the equipment is at our local gym, the customer service appears to be terrible, the local gym has been waiting 6 weeks for equipment to be fixed.

In Wellness-Hotels trainiere ich seit Jahren sehr gerne mit Technogym-Geräten. Die Lat Machine Selection 700 habe ich mir für mein Home-Gym im Keller liefern lassen. Endlich kann meine Familie jederzeit präzise die Rückenmuskulatur und Trizeps trainieren. Den vollen, erweiterten Gewichtsblock von 130kg haben wir bereits mehrfach ausgereizt. Unterschiedliche Griffe ermöglichen variables Training. Die Qualität ist hervorragend. Toll verarbeitet, optisch sehr schön in „Meteor Black“, Laufrollen sehr leichtgängig, leise und laufrund. Ein ganz großer Dank gilt den Logistikern, die das recht große Gerät an den Platz gezirkelt haben. Eine Besichtigung des Zielorts vorab machte es möglich. Die Lieferzeit war wie verabredet ca. 1,5 Monate. Fazit nach einigen Monaten Nutzung: ich bin sehr zufrieden. Auch im Home-Gym macht es der Familie viel Spaß, das Technogym-Gerät zu verwenden. Wir liebäugeln nun mit der nächsten Maschine - Leg Curl/Biceps.

Depuis mon avis écrit sur le site, technogym a répondu via trust pilot et m’a demandé mon numéro de dossier et téléphone afin de régler cela. Et … toujours rien aucun appel. Le niveau 0.

We have a gym fitted out with all technogym equipment in our lifestyle village and we have had two items out of service for over 6 months. Apparently getting parts is nearly impossible according to our manager. Terrible service and unreliable. Not recommended.

Buena gestión y atención de venta. Igualmente de instalación e información sobre maquina ÚNICA,,,y la experiencia en el trabajo de la misma muy bueno.

He comprado una bicicleta estática Bike Personal. La instalación no fue del todo buena porque lo dejaron a medio programar y tardé un tiempo en conseguir que me pusieran todo en funcionamiento. Posteriormente, al año y poco de comprarla me ha empezado a dar problemas y he tenido una avería. Mi sorpresa ha sido que, a pesar de estar en garantía, me quieren cobrar por el cambio de determinados materiales cuyo deterioro atribuyen al uso. He usado esta maquina como mucho 2 veces a la semana en sesiones de 1 hora máximo con lo que no creo que lleve un desgaste muy grande. Es vergonzoso que material tan caro no responda a la calidad esperada (o eso o que la máquina no era exactamente nueva porque el sillín me empieza a dar problemas también).

Ich bin SEHR glücklich und zufrieden mit meinen Produkten und auch mit dem Service von Technogym.

Ich habe das einfache Laufband für zu Hause vor fünf Jahren gekauft. Ein Hammer! Sehr leise, weiche Dämfungscharakteristik, viele Einstellungsmöglichkeiten. Ich benutze es viel und habe noch nie Probleme gehabt.

Seit drei Monaten nutze ich das Laufband Technogym Run und die Kraftstation Unica. Beide Geräte entsprechen voll meinen Erwartungen und ich kann sie wirklich weiterempfehlen.

A very expensive piece of equipment that does nothing to justify the cost. I have had x3 bands snap and , at a cost of £81 to replace each band, it is proving a folly of a purchase. Technogym support is quick and polite, but just like the equipment more frills than substance
