I forgot to add the discount code so went back in to edit my order but you have still charged me the full price. No 3for2 discount. Disappointing!!

Amazing teabags and great customer service

Very happy with my order and the correspondence with Kira, above and beyond. Amazing customer service and I absolutely love their Tea bags. I also love that they support The Point Foundation which I had heard of before.

Split tea bags…

I’ve been regularly buying peppermint tea pigs for a number of years. In recent months, I’ve found the tea pig pyramids to be of a lower quality; at least two in any one pack would have a split down the seam rendering them useless (or they would tear when trying to gently peel the string from the bag). I messaged Tea Pigs via their website in early November 2024 with photographic evidence of three split pyramids from the same pack, but have not had the courtesy of a response. Needless to say, I won’t be buying this brand anymore.

Best quality tea eva ❤️ a little more expensive but you pay for quality. Out of this world customer service👍, i would recommend to all my freinds and family. Seem to have lost their way

Always loved Teapigs, great range of flavours, the 6 flavour Christmas selection was always a fixture for us in the holiday season, with chilli chai a particular favourite. I don't know what's happened during 2024 - perhaps they are struggling in the current situation - but they have dropped a bunch of flavours and the offering is now very ho hum. First year we haven't ordered since 2009.

Don’t expect your order quickly

Ordered a small pack of green tea on the 2/12. Website said 1-2 days. 10 days on and tea still not received. Customer support just told me what tracking said and offered me a whopping 10% off next order. Less than impressed.

Absolutely love these teas

Absolutely love these teas, which I never would have come across if it hadn't of been given as a freebie to our offices in Tanfield, Edinburgh.
The everyday brew is fantastic and a great mix of the 3 black teas. I intend to go and try some others.

I love the earl grey tea bags, postage cost a profiteering joke

I love the earl grey tea bags, but the review is for the postage cost of £4. There is no way it costs £4 to bulk send orders. I find this really disappointing, so much so that after this order, I will be purchasing elsewhere.

I love your tea but many bags a broken…

I love your tea but many bags a broken or have small holes in and leaves leak into the cup. This was problematic with your happy tea as all the bags were defective.Also on my last delivery, some of the camomile bags also leaked leaves. It's a shame but not the end of the world. Ive ordered more camomile (it's wonderful tea) so hoping for a better result!

I cancelled this subscription approximately one year ago when I received email notification of this delivery I tried using the edit function but got the response order not found, I have photographic evidence for this.

Disappointing

I loved Teapigs. Until I ordered 90 Happy and 21 of them were completely broken. No response from the company following my contacting them. Gutted because I won’t be ordering again. The odd bag is one thing but there’s clearly a quality control issue here…not to mention the lack of customer service.

We responded the next morning on Tuesday, asking for the batch information from the back of the packaging and offering to send a replacement. However, we have not received a reply from you yet, so unfortunately, we haven't been able to resolve the issue. Please double-check your junk folder in case our email got lost there.

Redbush? Not my cup of tea.

This is my first order from teapigs.
After experiencing my first taste in a London hotel, I asked the staff "where I can get my hands on this great tasting tea?"
My order turned up today, right on schedule.
However.... After taking advice from the waiter to try the chocolate flake tea, unfortunately i received Redbush. Just a little upset 😢
