Excellent company with a great selection of taps and sinks at the right price. Quick delivery and good communication from order placement to delivery. Very helpful if you need any advice before placing an order or with fitting.

I rarely leave reviews. However, when I receive outstanding service I feel compelled to.

When I originally received the bath tap/shower mixer, Tapstore were excellent in dealing with my assembly queries.

The following year, a failed part was sent out next day without any quibble.

Franke sink arrived in January and we stored it until it was needed and then at the point where the worktop and sink were to be installed we discovered a crack in the sink. Teresa from Tapstore was magnificent and although the item was out of stock with her normal supplier, she managed to get us a new sink in less than a week. She was so efficient and helpful that she deserves 6 stars !

We bought our shower pump online and had it installed by a professional plumber. Just after a year, it started leaking onto the airing cupboard damaging the wooden boards. Upon inspection, we were advised that the pump had a crack, hence the leakage.

Excellent service, suggested successful remedial action to my problem extremely promptly. Highly recommended for after sales service and quality of products.

I had a problem waiting for delivery of a much needed water pump and they were very helpful in solving the problem.

Excellent customer service. We needed a new mixer tap and we were unsure if we had selected the correct one for our system. We rang customer service and the lady was really knowledgeable and helped us choose the correct tap. The tap arrived the next day with DPD and the quality was excellent. I would highly recommend.

Having ordered some tap filter and waiting 3 weeks for delivery I flagged the issue to the customer service team. They apologised and said they would get another delivery out. Another week passes and no sign of the product so I chase up again and again I get a passive response. The lack of reflection that it’s been a month with no product delivered was incredible. I’m just glad it wasn’t something I urgently needed. Won’t be using them again…

Excellent customer service. initially called with a few questions which were quickly and clearly answered. Placed the order online and the shower unit arrived promptly. There was an issue with the shower (not Tapstore's fault).within 24 hrs I had a replacement unit back in the hands of the plumber. Given this was in the gap between Christmas and New year I think that was amazing. Happy to recommend and will use them again in the future. Thank you.

We required a new Franke Athena kitchen tap and found that Tapstore offered the best price. After ordering online, the tap arrived quickly and in good condition.

I unfortunately had to return a kitchen tap that was
incompatible with my sink.
I had paid £6.95 postage but when I came to send it back to Tapstore
They wanted £15 to pick it up.
There are too many other good companies out there with a lot better delivery and returns policy.

Having been let down by another supplier, Will was brilliant at arranging next day delivery of my order and keeping me updated. Great customer service.

Ordered a shower pump 16 months ago from tapstore and received next day. This week, the pump broke down... I contacted tapstore. They were extremely helpful (especially Tim) and dispatched a new shower pump with a significant discount (reflecting the short life of the last one!) even though the old one was no longer under manufacturers warrantee. Received and fitted next day. I can't fault the customer service. Thanks guys - will definitely use you again.

Where do I even start? Order an item online and paid £6.65 delivery for guaranteed 2-3 days. 10 days later, still nothing. Called and promised it would be next day. Next day nothing arrived. Called again and promised it would be between 10 and 12.30pm the next day. Again nothing.

As a strange coincidence, after ordering online, my debit card was compromised and had to be cancelled after a number of strange purchases appeared. This was the only item ordered online for 2-3 months. Make of that, what you will.
