Very easy to swap over and install, comes with the two 3/8 x 1/4 90 degree connections, would be beneficial to have straight connectors too. Overall very satisfied and would recommend.

I was having difficulty getting this particular sink locally and thus company did not make a drama out of my order. In fact, they were very efficient and friendly to someone who is slightly out of her depth in renovating a house. I would definitely recommend.

I needed a replacement kitchen tap. From looking, choosing, ordering to delivery it was just 24 hours - what a fantastic result!

I ordered two taps, one of their taps I ordered said it would be delivered two weeks later as it was out of stock, they emailed a few weeks later to say it wouldn't be in stock anytime soon and offered me a matching tap for a discount. This is great service, kept me informed and offered a discount due to the inconvenience. After 4 months of renovating my house, I have had many bad experiences with customer service of many businesses, but I want to congratulate them on being pro-active and helpful with no hassle and sorted the issue out. Well done. It's a welcome change to many other companies.

Initial advice and guidance from Will which was spot on. Ordering process was straight forward. I was updated re delivery via Teresa and emails. Item arrived well packaged, looks good and appears to be working very well. I am very pleased with the product and the service provided by tapstore was excellent. As pleased with my second order as with the first one, really impressed with the service/ delivery, and quality of the products (not sure what comes first these days… guess, it’s Customer service ;)

I have been having problems with my filtered water and after a couple of emails to Will Naylor in customer service the problem was resolved. He contacted the manufacturer of the filter tap I had purchased and with the information they gave him I fixed the problem in 5 minutes.
