It’s been 2 months since I placed my order. 5 emails to them. 3 answers that said it has been sent to shipping. Tracking shows it’s in warehouse and not shipped. 4th email to cancel and immediately refund. No responses at all. I’ll next be contacting Shopify. DO NOT in BUY FROM THIS SITE!

The order shipped right away but I was concerned about receiving in time for a wedding. I reached out to customer service and they responded right away and the dress showed up within 10 days of ordering. The dress was nicer than I thought it would be. Impressed with the quality. Seems true to size. Very happy!

Products are as advertised and great quality . Customer service was responsive to my request for tracking parcel. I would recommend to stay with sizing chart as I ordered a medium and a small as per chart would be perfect. Certainly use this company again

sizing not consistent; right now Im in the process of stretching the red floral top using chairs. Shipment took a long time. I am interested in ordering another one of the white tops . You really only get what you pay for quality not what one would expect in person to person shopping

They should offer you a ZERO, that is how I would rate them. Ordered a two piece for an event, came super late and unbelievable BUT it was made of two different colors and two different fabrics Tired to return, slow process, I paid over $100 Cdn, offered me $8.00. Are you effing kidding me? Then it went up to $20, I said I wanted to return it for a full refund, which is what it says on their website, they provided an address to Dubai, even though it came from the USA. This is a complete RIP OFF COMPANY, DO NOT SUPPORT THEM. ITEMS ARE GARBAGE...

Company promotes a 30 day return policy but that is B.S. They will not accept a return or even an exchange. You better be sure you know what you want when you order it because it will be yours to keep forever regardless of your satisfaction with the product. My first and LAST order with these guys.

It fits like a glove and the color is vibrant

If I could write a review with zero stars that would be more appropriate. Dresses are complete crap!! I’ve been battling to return these for more than a month. First I was offered a ridiculously low amount of money to keep the dresses. I expressed that I am not interested in keeping them. The return address I received from the company is to Dubai. The return cost for two tissue paper quality dresses - $243. No matter how cute you think the item may be - DON’T DO IT!! Poor quality and horrible return process.

Took a month to get the dress. Poor quality and when I tried to return the dress, I was given an address in Dubai and told I had to pay for shipping. Finally settled for them refunding 1/3 the cost of the dress.

This company is based in China. Product quality is poor but importantly returns are impossible- for any reason. In my instance, I wanted to return my purchases due to sizing and quality and spent a week ultimately negotiating 50% of the purchase price. Also, note that if you submit an order and need to correct a mistake (e.g. size or quantity) they will not change the order before mailing and then won’t let you return the wrong items. This was a bad experience.

Total scam! Do not accept returns as stated clothing is very cheap! Do not respond to your emails! Don’t give them your money

Poor quality. Misleading images. Won't accept returns. They try to negotiate a partial refund starting at about 20% of the cost and then move slightly higher. They demand the good ship back to Dubai when they shipped from California. Buyer beware!

The fabric is very flimsy but the styling is good. The dress was better than the blouse.

Dress was true to size

I ordered 2 dresses. I received only one though the company insisted there were 2 in the bag. They charged me for 2. The one I received did not look like the quality shown in the picture. I checked with the post office and tracking number and they only made one delivery. One delivery with one dress! I would NEVER recommend this company.

Ordered three dresses. They did arrive but poor quality and did not fit. Since then, have seen same dresses on other sites. I have attempted to contact customer service x 3 now with no response. Do NOT order from this site.

The product fit well however the pants were not black they were gray.

I love one of the dresses I got. The other is ok. Sizing was consistent with US sizing.
