You never sent my order or refunded me 2 years ago! I was totally ripped off and am disgusted by your negligence! Nearly 100$ ouof pocket for your false advertising!

Never had a problem with delivery or returns with this company. I worked with them since 2017

I love Dresshead very much. Have ordered from them several times in past. They originated from China. Ive purchased the same pants from them several times. They are perfect for me.
Today I've been trying to get on their site to purchase more. Mine are wearing out. I cannot get on their site. 😭 💔 this has a date of experience as today. The day I cannot get on their site.

I have received my order , but the quality isn't was I expected, just very cheap poliester,don't like it at all, never buy here again

I ordered 2pairs of boots on the 8th of august and have no received them nor have they answered any of my emails! I've been scammed!

Ordered a few things for the wife. First off the way they charge shipping is deceptive. Some of the items are cheap, but add a few dollars per item to the shipping cost. In fact 1/3 the cost of my order was shipping.

Eventually I received a package, but it was missing items. One of the items was the main reason for my order.

Customer service has yet to refund my money or resend the items. My next step will be taking it up with the credit card company.

Ordered shoes from this company, what I received is way to small.
Have tried several times to contact about return.No response.Only way to contact offered is an email address.

Poorest quality imaginable.
So much for satisfaction guarantee. These clothes are of the poorest material, the shoddiest workmanship and not anything like the images or descriptions.
I paid for international postage and it was shipped locally. To return I now have to pay international postage again!

I ordered a little over $115 in clothes & heels , I was so excited to get the package only to get an email from a guy named David saying that my order had been canceled, and they would refund my money back to me within 30 days… 30 days goes by no refund, I emailed and asked what’s going on , he said he would check up on that n get back to me, another two weeks went by I sent him another email, and threatened to report the site for being fraudulent, I received a sassy , non professional response. I went ahead and reported dresshead to bbb … shortly after about a week or so after he found out I reported to bbb, there was a charge of $200 Sent threw PayPal, purchasing from dresshead I had to set up an account with PayPal since it was my first time using pay pay , dresshead was the only place I had given my credit card number and info too, they literally used it without permission to scam me out of $200 dollars . When I called pay pal they couldn’t find out who it was sent to, another big issue . I never received my refund . I was livid at this point .. never will I ever order from dresshead again nor will I use paypal….

July 7 they took my money for items. They say please be patient it will take 3 days for processing. It doesn’t say when they ship. I got nervous after reading reviews and wrote an email where’s my tracking number it’s now july 15. I rewrote an email on july 20 asking did you get my email where’s my order. Next day I called my credit card company. They said we can cancel and dispute charges. The card company suggested being it’s from Hong Kong and perhaps no English spoken and thousands of emails wait another week which I was about to do. The next day I received my 4 shirts 😀and a free item, it was intense not to have a phone number or get reply’s. The clothes fit and the free item was my choice,$46 I was spared and recvd items. It’s the non communication that is annoying. the items are affordable I’m happy but I won’t order again on the account of poor customer relations. I got my items sorry for those who didn’t. Always check for reviews and use a a gift credit card to buy Thur pay pal or just a gift Visa card. Never bank card.

This website is a real scam and people who works there are real criminals!! I want to send back some items that I don’t like and they are not replying to my emails, they are completely disappeared,that’s crazy!!! Those people are real criminals

Tried to send three dresses back but three diff. courier co.s plus royal mail parcels couldn't find premises in Walsall ever open to accept anything.
Three letters to that address returned as wqell as nowhere to put them into on the door.
I think this is a scam address at Westpoint and I'm resigned now to the fact I'll never get a refund.
Stay clear of this scam co.!

If I can give zero star I would the worst websites if you don't want lose your money getting fraud by this website don't make a order an plus they lie saying from united state, but really is from China Hong Kong is fruad website they just want robbed your money.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY !! I ordered from them and never got my order . They will just still your money 💰

This company is a JOKE! I bought sandals that looked so nice online. When I finally got them, they were the CHEAPEST JUNK, with a broken piece rattling around in the package. When I contacted them for return paperwork, as per their advertised “100% guarantee, free returns” listed on their ads, I got responses that their warehouse is in Hong Kong and I was responsible for return shipment. I did contact PayPal, but they just told me to pay the return shipment. I’ve now reported them to the BBB, but don’t expect any help from there either. WARNING!! If you’re thinking about buying from DressHead, unless you’re happy throwing your money away, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

20 dollars worth of items from on sale but the total will be almost 150 dollars because of 3.99 per item plus a 21 dollar postal fee plus another 21 dollar fee. too many fees. i don't know how people are giving a good review. even if you buy 1 item for 5.99 you'll be paying triple for the whole process of fees and shipping. just go to a local store.

Ya know for this company to charge 3.99 per item is a big joke I was like WT the shipping was way more then the cost of the order and I'm in the USA they need some more of that good weed and a canoe and float down the stupid river .You have an Idea what I did with my order and account. Following their return policy on their website, I requested the UPS address to return 3 items from my order to Dresshead, totalling $15.07. In several emails from Dresshead, I was told there was no US address & I should ship returns to HongKong. No HongKong or US address was given for shipping. And I was only offered a refund of $8. Terrible! My advce to buyers: "Don't buy from Dresshead". They are not an honest retailer.

I was looking for maxi dresses online and found Dresshead. I was surprised to see reasonable prices and good looking merchandise. Although my order got lost, they re-issued the merchandise and I got my dresses fairly quick. The dresses were nice quality. And the customer service was great.
