Junk box. My standard “$50” box was: a plastic flashlight (oversized, underpowered), a plastic slingshot with a dollar store laser pointer, and a ‘tactical’ key chain. Junk.

I have received 2 boxes from them the first all the way up until I got the box said it would be a standard box. It was not we got a promo box that did not have the monetary value they claim to be worth. So I waited to see if my first real box was going to be better. It had 3 things in the box a knife, a trigger guard, and a SoS kit that in no way came up to $100 let alone the $150 they claimed. I quickly cancelled my subscription.

To who it may concern, I’m not happy with the resolve by canceling a membership I didn’t agree to, and the refund. You are advising a box that you claim to be your standard box that you are sending out if you cover shipping but when the package arrives your calling it an introduction box! Now how is that the same as a standard box?????? It’s not!!! So your telling people they can pay the shipping and get this amazing standard box with 6 to 10 items it. But it’s not, far from it. You are giving false information and false promises and false hope.

I as a customer would like what I was told I was going to get. I want the standard box that you are offering not some introduction box. Because if thats the box to expect every month then why even go with your company????? I have prove that NOTHING says introduction box. It says standard that you are selling each month for 50 with a value of 150.

Always a surprise and a great value

They trick you with a hidden subscription, supposedly giving you a box, which they will charge you anyway. Then, they will start charging you larger, very expensive boxes. Unsubscribing from the subscription is very complicated, it's a hoax.

i got my box it was good quality. i am very satisfied with my order will be ordering again soon.

I am amazed by the quality of the products. I especially enjoy the knife. It is beautiful!

There's always something new in the monthly boxes and the giveaways are just as awesome. Enjoy getting these in the mail. It's like Christmas every month.

Absolutely great I didn't think the upgraded box would have that much more stuff... but I was happily wrong I got so much I need and more. Can't wait for the next box.

dont waste your money. they said they were sending me a free standard box just pay shipping. when it arrived it was an intro box not the standard box with $150 dollars of goods in it.

The value and savings that u receive thru Tactical box orders when ordering there products not only make the purchases worth it but also the rewards offered thru the subscription only adds to the quality of their service to there customers.

Awesome box! So many useful items. We love the hunting knife. The SOS tin will be a great lightweight addition to my hiking pack.

This is like Xmas every month. My husband loves it. We have discovered so many new and awesome survival items. I think it's the best box for these types of items around. And they have a fun and valuable rewards points system as well. What more could y ask for.

I ordered the intro box and it was exactly what I expected. It was some neat cool stuff with appropriate value some things to sit on the shelf or to play with the tactical pen / flashlight was cool. Slingshot not so much, but it does work. Laser pointer was worth it. The hand saw will come in useful at some point. I haven’t decided if I’m gonna move forward with the subscription today but overall, I’ll give it a five because I got what I expected, I knew what I was gonna get and the quality was appropriate for the amount of money that I spent sure I wish they gave something more or better than the value of the small amount that I spent for the intro box but overall I’m happy with it at some point. I’ll probably order a box or two just a tight budget right now.
