Similar to another reviewer, I also ordered a penknife for a present. They took my money, emailed to confirm and then nothing. Despite me phoning and emailing, couldn't get hold of anyone.

I have disputed the charge with my bank, and they are now investigating. I suggest anyone in the same position do the same, and also let Victorinox know that one of their Approved Stockists is taking money and not despatching goods.

I ordered a knife for a birthday paid for 3 day delivery it’s been 9 days with no delivery. No response to multiple emails or voicemails.

dispatch is quick. item came in secured. online shop has lots of different options for swiss knife that some do not have.

An excellent service, easy website to navigate and engraving on the knife was so simple to do. Ample spaces to write whats needed if required. No clamp markings on the knife like some other companies, perfect service, highly recommended. Fast delivery.
