Despite reading numerous positive reviews of SwissLuxury.com, I was a little nervous about purchasing my Explorer II. I needn't have worried. After placing my order I received a phone call to inform me that the watch's popularity might cause some delay. About two weeks, later I received a notification that the watch was on its way. The watch was magnificent and everything I expected. A week after I received the official certification.
Darryl provided extremely prompt service by both phone and e-mail.
I was able to have the wrist band adjusted by a local Rolex AD without any problem.

Excellent communications (phone message and emails) to insure the particular watch I wanted was in stock, and could be shipped cross country in time (< 1 week) for a graduation gift. Darrell said the watch would arrive within 48 hours of order/payment. The watch arrived ahead of schedule (FedEx overnight) expertly packaged with all the factory seals and protections in place, and all the required documentation. Perfect!

I was looking for a 31mm Rolex Ladies Datejust that was not on the swissluxury.com website and asked the owner Darryl if this watch was available. He immediately placed the exact watch on the website and informed me that the watch was in stock. The price was competitive. Communication with Darryl was first rate, with his responses to my questions/ concerns being almost immediate. The wire transfer went smoothly and the watch was shipped immediately after the transfer. It arrived in brand new condition with the appropriate stickers and tags in place, and a new-style Rolex box. The warranty card arrived a few days later. The serial number on the warranty card matched that of the watch, but the bracelet style on the card (Oyster) was different than what I received on the watch (Jubilee). I was initially concerned but the Jubilee bracelet on my watch was obviously authentic with all the proper engravings on the clasp and solid end links, proper weight and attention to detail one would expect from Rolex. I assume that in order to get me the exact watch/ dial/ bracelet combination I desired as soon as possible, the bracelet on the original watch was exchanged with the style I ordered. I informed Darryl of the discrepancy and he guaranteed the authenticity and even offered to exchange with an Oyster bracelet if needed for warranty purposes. On the whole, I felt this was a very honest and smooth transaction and I would definitely buy from swissluxury.com again.

Swissluxury.com is one of the better watch websites I have come across. Name a brand and they have it. You're not going to find any cheapo watches on this website. If you are looking for an Invicta watch or a Fossil watch, turn around. This place has great high quality watches at great low quality like prices. If you're looking for a great watch at a reasonable price they also have a sale section which is very useful. Along with a sale section they have pre-owned Rolex if that’s your thing too. The sites easy to navigate and has a customer service section if you have any questions.
