I have purchased 2 Breitling watches for my husband from Swiss Luxury. Both experiences were excellent. They went the extra mile to make sure I had my husband's gift on time.

I am a professional speaker and among other things I speak about customer service, brand, and integrity. I dealt with Darryl whom I believe is the principal of this fine organization.
BACKGROUND:
I have had my online identity compromised; I have been defrauded on line; this much and more. As you can imagine I was reluctant to do business online with someone I had never met an organization that I was not familiar with and just happen to stumble across on the Internet. And thank goodness I did. I did as much due diligence as I could, and spoke with Darryl on a number of occasions and he was always straightforward, honest, very responsive, and very fair. You can understand my reluctance as I was getting ready to initiate a transaction just south of $20,000 with someone whom I had never met. (This involved a Rolex Presidential men's watch) So you can imagine I was very aggressive in my evaluation of this company.
THE EXPERIENCE:
Darryl was not only extraordinarily fair in his pricing, far more favorable than anyone else I could find in my native Tampa Bay area where I could do business face-to-face. Moreover, he held my hand Every step along the way sensing my concern & nervous reluctance to complete this transaction from a distance. His references and all the well-known business monitoring services were absolutely pristine. His patience was equally as extraordinary as I continued to postpone this difficult decision by doing more and more and still more research on SwissLuxury.com. But I stayed with it because his offer was so superior to anyone else's, which frankly initially made me a bit suspicious. Frankly, I'm a bit surprised he didn't give up on me and put me in the "Pain and the A**category. But his patience never wavered, nor did his attentiveness to me addressing every one of my concerns (a numerous mix of emails and telephone calls) within 24 hours, usually less regardless of where he was in the world.
I often see glowing recommendations online and I often wonder how many are genuine, how many are staged, how many include some aberration or form of compensating balances. In layman's terms how many of these glowing recommendations are contaminated by some manner of an under the table… You scratch my back I'll scratch your back… Kind of thing. I assure you sure you this is not. I would include my full name and telephone number for verification purposes, and I am very protective of my own identity and wish not to receive a barrage of calls or others who would use it against me. Having said that I have given Darryl my permission to have any particular carefully screened potential customer or client to contact me directly. I know enough about him already that he would not abuse this offer.
IN CONCLUSION:
So many businesses make the mistake of believing they own their brand. They do not. The customers own the brand, your brand, and it is the beliefs and perceptions of those customers that compose your brand.… Make no mistake about that.
I recommend Darryl and SwissLuxury without hesitation, and give it my very highest evaluation with the confidence that you will as well if you choose to do business with them.

I was leery of buying a Rolex from a non-Rolex dealer but having recently received one as a gift from someone who purchased it from SwissLuxury, I decided to give them a try. First lets talk about the product. I was in the market for an Omega 300 Spectre watch. This watch is very difficult to procure, all OMEGA retail stores are out of stock. The folks that do have this watch in stock are selling it for an overpriced amount... Shame on them, playing on demand :)

I sent an email to the company, and within minutes it was answered. I had done this on vacation outside of my home city. Darryl made this transaction very seamless.

Sending a wire transfer for the first time can be very scary. But let me give you some reassurance here... Once my wire was received, Darryl immediately shipped my watch. I didn't tell HIM that the money made it.. He notified me the second the transaction completed... That just does not happen in today's world. Rest assured, these guys are the real deal, and they REALLY seem to care about their customers.

I bought a Rolex Date Just from Darryl 14 years ago. I was a little nervous sending the money over to an internet site. I got a brand new with tags white gold and diamonds in the dial, and it was beautiful. The watch has performed well for many years. On 10/16/2015 I called and e-mailed Darryl that I wanted a Rolex two tone Submariner with blue dial. He e-mailed me back with the price and payment instructions. I sent the payment and 17 hours later the Fed X man was knocking on my door at 8:30 AM the next morning. The watch is beautiful as well as the box, tags, and paperwork.
