I'm out $27 because the company supposedly sent out an emailed gift card for my refund, which I never received. And, months later, when I contacted them about not receiving it, they do claim they send it but after 90 days, they don't keep the gift card number, so it is not able to be retrieved by them. Of course, I didn't use something I never received. Bottom line - NO REFUND. I will never shop here again and warn anyone from using this company or its other brands.

They are liars. I tried to return items and they said postage costs more than the swimwear. They offered a refund of 30% of what I paid.
They use ridiculous language when they write emails and they are dishonest.

just a horror. You CANNOT cancel an order at all. They state your order is "in process" even though it is out of stock. They state you can get a refund. The refund is a credit on a future order! It took over a month to receive my order.
Once you give your email address, they will send multiple emails a day.
I will never, never ever order anything from them again.

I paid for 'super fast shipping' for 2-day shipping and my order was not shipped out for two days and will take 7 days to arrive. The item will not arrive on time and I tried to cancel the order. Every time I tried to chat with an agent they would end the chat session on me. I then called the customer service number provided and asked for a supervisor. After being on hold for 15 minutes I was dumped into a general mailbox to leave a voice mail. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH SWIMSUITS FOR ALL OR ANY FULL BEAUTY COMPANY!! They are liars and will not help customers when they do not meet their own shipping deadlines.

In mid-May 2022, I ordered two swimsuits. Upon receipt, they weren't to my liking, so I returned both swimsuits. On June 10, I received an email letting me know that a refund had been issued for one of the swimsuits. I called customer service and was told that they would issue a refund for the second swimsuit.

It's been over a month since that phone call and I have yet to receive the refund. I've called and chatted with representatives who insist that the refund was issued on June 10. I'm currently working with PayPal to dispute the charge. I will not order from Swimsuits For All ever again.

I am in customer service hell with this company. They keep claiming they never got my return when I have email proof that it was returned on June 6. It is not my fault that your shipping partner lost it, if that’s the case. I am getting the run around via email, chat and via phone. Answering the same questions and then being told there is nothing they can do because now it’s outside the return window. I returned it on time! This is FRAUD. What is wrong with your customer service team?!

Several years ago I ordered about 7-8 swimsuits from Swimsuits For All. I figured at least one or two would fit and I would return the rest. When I returned the suits that didn't fit, I found out that I could not get a refund only a credit. I didn't need another suit for a few years and when I tried to use the credit it didn't work any longer. I had to contact customer service. They reissued a $100 credit instead of the original $165 for the suits I had returned. When asked, they had no explanation for why I was not being credited for the full amount of $165. Since then I have used part of the $100 credit and had problems with returning the suits because they did not fit. They have a wide selection but it isn't much good if you cannot get a refund when a swimsuit it doesn't fit.

Do not buy from Swimsuits for all. I bought a suit March 22, returned it March 31. They received it April 1. They did not process the return until June 1 and said that I retuned it outside of the window and would not do anything to help.

Their bathing suits are so nice! Their coverups are so nice! Their rewards program is horrible! Their return policy is horrible! They charged me on my credit card an additional $40 on 7/4/2022 and when I spoke to a customer service rep there, they said they didn’t see an order on their end. I will dispute with my credit card company. Thinking of even cancelling my card and getting another one.

Automatically refund your return to a gift card. NOPE. When you call to get a refund instead of a gift card, they charge you $10.99 on top of the return fee you already paid. This is the end of my relationship with this family of companies. Shady at best.

I actually didn't have much of a problem with the suits I got - my issue is the SNEAKY "Rewards program" - apparently there is a pop up when you check out that asks if you want free shipping and when you agree it enrolls you in some $16.95 per month program.... I am yet to find anything on their site that explains what this program is or what you get for $16.95/month... the chat feature on their website doesn't work and when you finally get someone on their phone line they tell you that you need to contact a different number to cancel the program.... that number doesn't work - I will be forced to dispute the charge with my card company in order to stop it - absolutely disgusted by this practice which is a shame because I liked the suits I got... PS I PAID for shipping anyways so if thats what the membership gets you that was a rip-off too....

I am very disappointed in this company. Have shopped there for years. I have been trying to use my e-gift card for a return for several times now. They tell me it’s not valid. I had a e-card for $42 that they tell me I cannnot use. So I guess because I ordered the wrong size one time that mistake cost me $42 probably will never ship there again

For a 2 piece suit, I received the wrong bottom size. In order to get the the correct size, I was told I needed to return the suit (which will take them 10 days to receive) and then they will ship out the correct size (which will take another 10 days). I bought the suit for a vacation that takes place in a week. They were not willing to work with me in a way that was satisfactory. They said I could show proof of mailing it and then they would send it - but with my work schedule I am not able to get to the post office in a timely manner. Although it was their error, I am left high and dry.

Their return policy is a SCAM !! Do not buy from this company, poor delivery, poor quality, and the worst return policy !! Ordered items take forever to be delivered... Then if you need to return they only give you a fraction of money back !! Keep your shipping charges, taxes paid, and charge you a return fee !!

Ordered a couple different pieces. Both fit terrible. Strange, bulky material. Returned both at different times (because they both shipped separately) Not only did I have to pay $10-11 dollars for RETURN shipping, but then they told me that they'd only give me a giftcard for my full amount and if I wanted my original payment reimbursed, they'd take another $10 dollars. And I paid it TWICE since I returned at different times because they shipped so far apart (otherwise they wouldn't have let me return them). TERRIBLE RETURN POLICY. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I'm going to end up with about $27 back when I paid almost $60 for two items.

If I could give it negative stars I would. Returned the incorrect item that they sent me 3 weeks ago, according to customer service they still don’t have it, from CT to IN and you don’t have it 3 weeks later??? The only way fir me to get the correct tankini top is to reorder and pay for it again or dir it out and wait till they get the WRONG ITEM THEY SENT ME back and then they can do the exchange without charging me again. Customer Service reps of course barely speak understandable English, had to spell my last name 4 times for one of them. 😡 Horrible experience and rest assured I will NEVER shop with them again.

They are a very bad company. I order 2 swimsuits for 110 I think and I recievved both and none fit me. I returned both 5 weeks ago and still do not want to refund the money back to my credit card.

I purchased three items. A one-piece swimsuit, a tank any top, and a pair of swim capris. The sale was fantastic and looked like I was saving a lot and then I hit the check out and saw that I'm being charged $22.99 for shipping these three items. There was no way to get around the shipping. I searched for coupon codes and my order total was over $130. There was no mention anywhere on the site of a free shipping threshold. So after searching all over for a way to find these same swimsuits for less and not pay the shipping, I did not find any other options and I made my purchase. With the sale prices it still felt like a good deal.
Well the suits arrived and I tried them on and the tankini and the one piece had horrible fit. The swimsuits were big but the cups were small and they both rolled down in the back even though one had straps. I couldn't understand... these were the worst swimsuits I had ever tried on. I bought swimsuits from Swimsuits For All a few years ago and they all fit quite well. I had ordered four or five and had trouble deciding which ones I would return because they were all pretty cute and fit well. Not this time. So I went to return my items and the return process was not difficult online. But they charged me $10.99 for the return. So I was only keeping the $44 capris and returning the other two items. Out of an order that was $134, I was being refunded $55 after paying for the return shipping charge. Granted I could have purchased my own label but I know it would have been similar. So essentially, my net cost for the $44 capris was $80. Great deal? No. In a time when companies are offering free shipping with a certain order amount, risk-free shopping where you can purchase things and return or exchange them at no cost, Swimsuits For All is the standout by offering overpriced shipping and handling charges and, while I believe they do offer free shipping for exchanges, if you try on the suit and realize there is no way that a size alteration would work and that you don't want to take any more risks with this company, if what you want is a refund you're going to get dinged for that as well. Well I know I'm going to enjoy the heck out of my $80 capris unless they fall apart, in which case that will suck. But I know for sure that I'm never buying from this company again--at least not unless they revamp their shipping charges. I went on Amazon and found lots of very well-reviewed plus size swimsuits for cheaper than the sale prices at Swimsuits For All and with free shipping, and free returns. You can't do better than that. Don't waste your money on this website with their overblown prices, fake "sales" and exorbitant shipping charges.

There was an item on my recent order that showed not yet shipped together with a message stating the item was non refundable(no prior reference to this status).I reached out to Customer service to cancel the order and depite the "not shipped status" they stated there was nothing they could do. That I need to refuse the order , and process it as a return.... There is no regard for consumer care and return policies / shipment policies are clearly broken. There are items I considered keeping , but I will be returning all items for a full refund and or disputing all cc charges if this is not rectified form their side
