The website said it could deliver to South Africa. I ordered and they accepted my payment. Then, every link to customer care or customer email went to a page to say they are not delivering internationally. There is no way to contact them as ALL links go to this page. I can't even send an email to them. It feels like a major scam! I ordered and received a confirmation email. Even the link in this email simply takes you to a page that says they cannot send internationally. My order was placed on 17th Sep 2022. As at 9th Dec 2022 I have not received my order and am unable to contact anyone.

Uncomfortable. The bottoms are at an awkward length. I have a short torso and the top of the bottoms sat right on top of my belly button so they weren't high enough or short enough on my waist. The top looked good, but was extremely uncomfortable because of the large wires on the sides.

For the first time, I purchased 2 swimsuits from this company, at a significantly higher cost than I would normally pay. The suits were advertised as "chlorine resistant" and color-fast. Yet after only 6 weeks in the pool, 3 times a week, both suits were so faded I was embarrassed to continue wearing them! I've had cheap suits last 10 times as long! I will not buy from this company again.

Not made for people with long torsos. I kept having to adjust and it was not comfortable. I waited too long to return and I could not. I will not wear it again.

I need many suits cuz am in chlorinated Y pool every day. I have used this company for years bcuz their suits are relatively inexpensive. This time I was offered various discount coupons and free shipping (over $79).
I ordered 4 suits and none of the discounts were applied. I called to ask why and then voiced complaint and asked for supervisor. The reponse was a miriad of lies and nonsense as: "sale items are excluded" ,"you needed assistance in placing order and coupons are valid only on web orders, "supervisor is not available" or more indignant yet was "price adjustments are not made", but I was free to return the suits at
an additional return charge.
Disappointing and frustrating!

I wish I knew how horrible their delivery was before I bought from them. I ordered a swimsuit from the and it did not fit. I returned it and it was lost, after 30 days my options were refund minus the shipping cost or a gift certificate, I chose the gift certificate. I ordered another bathing suit which was more money and it never arrived. They are stating they need to give me another gift certificate. I love their bathing suits there deliver is a disaster and they are not customer friendly at all. Also, their shipping costs are outrageous.

If I could give a minus I would. Useless company-cannot return items just keep offering another free item🤔 and/or a discount of 10%. I don’t want another rubbish swimsuit. In the end offered me £20 - still waiting and I am not optimistic. Do not buy from this terrible company. Just revisited this review to update: still no £20 as promised and it is now December! Not responding to emails. Originally responded that their system couldn’t process and to be patient! Quick enough to take your money though. Avoid buying from this lot at all cost (and it will be at YOUR cost😦) Dreadful Company 😡 😡

Not reputable whatsoever. Very poor quality swimsuits. Made a return using ALL THEIR documenting procedures months ago and still have YET TO RECEIVE A REFUND! You might as well give your money to a homeless person than give a single Nickle to these untrustworthy goofs. There's much better places to shop for swimsuits online - better quality fabric, free returns and more importantly you ACTUALLY RECEIVE A REFUND if needed.

I am sssooooo ticked rights now. I ordered ytwo items, same size. One's too large, One's too small. Turns out that the information included in my package does not apply for Canadian customers. They didn't send an order confirmation, so imagine my surprise to realize that the discounts are only for their preferred American customers. (Yet they still keep inundating my email with specials, etc.) The company information is misleading, dishonest and certainly ambiguous. And after all this, it is probably not possible that I will an actually receive a refund. Placing an order with them is an unpleasant experience at best.

I have an e-gift card from a return I did a few years ago, as they only give store credit for returns.

The amount is $103.23. I tried to use it today & it gave me an error. I called customer service & after 18 minutes of the agent continually telling me "just a second" and muting me to talk to her friend (I only know this because she forgot to hit the mute button a few times), she told me I could not use my credit as it expired 90 days after I received it.

I responded that my print out of the e-card states "our e-gift cards never expire". She said she would need to transfer me to a specialist and put me on hold. After waiting on hold, a recording came on to tell me that they are closed.

Seeing as I returned merchandise which is in their possession and they gave me an e-gift card that says "our e-gift cards never expire" that I cannot use, I surmise that I was duped and basically robbed of #103.23 + the shipping it cost to do the return.

The 3 bikinis, 1 one-piece, 3 coverups & 1 bandeau top that I purchased throughout the years past are very nice, fit well and lasted a long time. I am a fan of Ashley Graham and bought some of her styles. I held on to my e-gift card from a return, to use when it came time to replace them and here we are.... An expired gift card that doesn't expire.

I am very disappointed especially after telling anyone who asked about what a great find this store was. I see that below this review, I am to enter the order number from the returned order. I have that but the agent never asked for it.

I will update this review if the situation is rectified.

I thought this used to be a reputable business but, something has changed. Ordered a bathing suit but instead they sent me a top portion only. I returned it to the company months ago but, they've never reimbursed me.

They sent me the wrong size. It's hard for me to get out, so that's why I ordered online. they want me to package up the suit and travel miles to mail it back, and in the meantime they charged my card for another suit to mail to me in the correct size. It was their mistake, but they want me to fix it for them. I proposed they send the correct size and I toss the wrong size one. They refused. I am not fixing and paying for their mistake. I would never shop here again. terrible customer service!

My order took 4 months to be delivered.
I'd ordered 2 items and I received NEITHER of them. Instead I got 2 random items.
I needed to contact a number of companies before I was able to connect with this company. Then I needed to go to hospital. It transpired that by the time I was well enough to contact them, 6 months had elapsed. Despite getting completely different garments to those I'd ordered and taking 4 months to arrive, I was blankly refused any assistance. I tried to speak to a supervisor but was consistently stonewalled. Was advised the only way to contact a supervisor was to phone. They would not give me a name of a supervisor to ask for. I did phone, despite being in a different country, and was again prevented from speaking to a supervisor. Essentially more money wasted.

I found the whole experience was completely frustrating, disappointing and upsetting.

I have been left with incorrect, unusable items.

The swimsuits I bought were fine but I somehow enrolled in their rewards program which costs $16.95 per month - not something that I would have enrolled in if I knew about the charge. It took phone calls to two different numbers to cancel and they are not going to refund the two months they charged me before I realized what was happening. It is a total scam.

They are holding my money hostage! They sent totally the wrong thing and will not make it right. At the same time as not refunding me for the suit they never shipped charged me some BS “member fee”. I will be issuing 2 chargebacks from my credit card company tomorrow. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Have ordered in past and liked items but never had to return/exchange. Sent 2 times back in their bag, label and invoice. They charge $10.99 shipping return fee ( rip off). I sent in 3 weeks ago and no word. Call customer service line and it's a bunch of promotions followed buy an automated line that doesn't recognize why your calling and gives you another number to call which is DirectTV. Did the chat feature, sat on hold because it only wanted to help me purchase not with a return. Finally get through and the guy tells me that 1) my order has been receive yet. Then 2) oh was received by the post office 4 days ago and that's past the 60 day return so it can't be accepted. What happens now when you receive my package do I get it back? 3) No, the company donates it! ( im pretty sure your keeping it and my money). Are you kidding me. It's my paid for products and your not going to give it back to me? He said "no, that's the consequences of returning it late."

I took exact measurements, ordered the recommended size and it was too big, I was going to return it but my mother was hospitalized and I ran out of time. Today I realized they have charged me 2 times for $16.95 for some kind of monthly membership, I do not even have an account to login to for swimsuits for all. This is a rip off. luckily I was able to get it cancelled and refunded. They said that there was a pop up window and i must have clicked on it, I do not remember that. but like I said, they don't even have a login for me but I was signed up for a monthly membership???

If I could give them a zero I would. Worst customer service ever. Like literally yelled at me and wouldn’t even let me talk. I was shaking and in tears after that call. I placed an order only after seeing the 4 day express shipping. Paid over $30 for that. Guess what, doesn’t matter if you paid does not guarantee your items to be received quickly. And guess what else, if you return because you no longer need as it didn’t arrive in time you don’t get that shipping back. Total scam with seriously the rudest customer service ever.

Just received my Order where I received 2 totally different products to what I ordered. Tried calling and emailing. No response. guess I just lost $161 do not deal with this company it used to be good now must have changed hands what a scam. I sent photos of what I received and my original order god only knows who works in their warehouse

Since writing this review. Swimsuits for all have refunded me the full amount after persistently emailing them. Not sure I am game to re-order the things I wanted in case I have to do this all again

I just spend 1H30 on a chat to fix this...
Ordered 2 bikini sets, (2 tops 2 bottoms), they sent me an email telling me that they issued a refund for 3 of the pieces, so I'm left with a top that has no bottom to match... but since it was AVAILABLE the sipped it even if the bottom is not.
I had received the confirmation email stating that all was ok...no BO.
My order was going to cost a total of 148,50$ for all 4 pieces and now it's 95$ for one top...because yes... it was already shipped by the time they sent me the refund notice! SOOO FRUSTRATING!!!
I'm paying 60$ for shipping for a 35$ bikini top that doesn't have a bottom...
It could have been so simple :
Send an email stating that some items are back ordered, do you want to proceed with the available piece...THAT'S IT!!
