I can honestly say that I received a 5 star service from James and his team. From what should have been a relatively straightforward buy to let purchase, we encountered a couple of unforeseen obstacles which meant that part of the financing for the purchase needed to be reconsidered. This led to a delay but James maintained a calm and confidence to the process, and went the extra mile by keeping in touch with the seller, whilst pursuing alternative options. The purchase eventually completed, I don't believe I would have got to that point without James's professional help. Highly recommend this company for any mortgage needs.
