Terrible Service - Still Waiting for Refund After Almost 2 Months
I wish I could give 0 stars, but anyway. I purchased shoes from SUPERGLAMOUROUS, but they were too small. I followed their refund process, sent everything back on time, and requested a refund. That was almost two months ago, and I’m still waiting for my money.
Their customer service responds, but it's always the same story—excuses after excuses, with no real action taken to resolve the issue. I’ve been patient, but this is beyond frustrating. I trusted this company to handle things professionally, and they’ve completely let me down.
If you value your time, money, and sanity, do yourself a favor and stay far away from SUPERGLAMOUROUS. They do not care about their customers and will keep you waiting indefinitely for something as simple as a refund. This has been an awful experience, and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
Edit 12.09.2024:
I was asked by the customer service to remove this review in exchange for getting my refund. This feels like coercion to me, and I’m unsure if this is even legal. I’ve already contacted European Consumer Protection to investigate this matter further.
It's really disappointing that a company would go to these lengths instead of simply processing a legitimate refund. I hope this helps others avoid the same frustration.

Way too small!!!!
I purchased a pair online. They ship it to US for a small fee, and I was very excited to use them. When I receive them, I couldn't believe they are my size. I wear European shoes since my wife's family lives in Italy and never had a problem like this. Be aware the sizes are way to SMALL and not within the standard. I ordered my normal size and When I request a return, it would have cost me over $200 to ship back so I have an unusable pair, unfortunately. And the customer service didn't do anything.
