great product and excellent customer care service
I first noticed SUPERGLAMOUROUS on instagram and loved the look of their products. However I was a bit nervous in purchasing from their website.
I eventually did! And my first pair of shoes were the TANGERINE 2 NABUK TAUPE BELGIAN LOAFERS. These fit true to size and the material and make were top notch. They were exceptionally comfortable as I wore them to a wedding for over 8 hours with no complaints!
I was so pleased with the quality and comfort of my first pair, that I have now ordered 2 additional pairs!
Additionally, their customer service person Riccardo was so polite and dealt with a minor issue that I had with top notch professionalism.
I HIGHLY recommend SUPERGLAMOUROUS!!!

Excellent customer service. My questions about a custom shoe were answered quickly and thoroughly. Moreover, the changes I wanted to make were dealt with immediately. The shoes shipped quickly and arrived via DHL in excellent shape. The shoes are beautiful, light weight, and stylish. I now own four pair of Superglams. (Note: I found that the shoes run small, so be sure to order a size up.) I won't hesitate to order from this company again.
