Ordered placed on 21st March 2020 - Now 20th April 2020, still not received.

Phone calls not being answered, emails not being responded to.

Disgraceful service.

I would give no stars at all if possible. This company is a scam and will take your money without delivering the goods. They are impossible to contact and will not respond to phone calls, e mails or messages to their Facebook page. Avoid them!

Unfortunately I cannot give 0 stars. Scam company. Avoid, even through Amazon. They ignore all calls and emails and lie about dispatching items. Reported to trading standards

I placed an order on 20 March it’s now 2 April and I have not received it. The problem is Superfood Uk are not answering emails or phone so it’s frustrating. There is no answerphone message when you call it just rings and hangs up!
I know times are difficult right now so all the more reason not to throw money away!

Haven’t purchased from them for a while, yet this is one of my personal trusted eBay sellers and service providers that deliver the quality goods that serve us all. I don’t understand the negative reviews and feedback on here and maybe the consumers have mistaken him for a similar online business with a similar name. If I have any issues regarding my purchases online I am quickly reassured and always get my order in good time and great condition.

They provide an amazing resource and service for individuals like myself that don’t have access to a decent independent health food resource nearby.

There delivery is pathetic. Takes 10 days plus to recieve your order. Then if your not in Yodel who are even more pathetic will just chuck your parcel in rear garden with no note through letterbox to advise of this. Last order, box just sat in garden getting wet for days while i was chasing superfoods still. Shame when royal mail, dpd and the like get your delivery to you always within 3 days 99.9% of the time with a tracking number and updates on order. You get neither with this company. Its a real shame as they stock good products. My advice to Superfoods is to please use another delivery service b4 Yodel destroys your reputation beyond repair.

To follow up my previous review, I eventually got a tracking number for Yodel from the Company after pressing for this - and guess what, the parcel hadn't even left their depot! I queried this, and at that point they told me that they had sent the parcel on the originally notified date, but that it had been 'missorted by Yodel' and had therefore been returned to them.
On reflection all this now sounds very familiar to me. I believe that I ordered something from this Company a while ago, and I got an amazingly similar runaround. On that occasion I seem to remember that they tried to tell me the parcel had become 'split' in transit by Yodel. This was interesting given that there was only one item in the package, and on eventual arrival no signs of any damage to the packaging etc. It almost seems like this Company wait for you to complain before actually bothering to send you something that you have paid for, and that they have stated is in stock.
Make up your own mind but read the other recent reviews on here about them first before ordering.

(P.S. Yodel's reputation is already bad enough without this Company also trying to besmirch their bad name - but I doubt that Yodel are actually that bothered).

Rubbish experience. Ordered items on 17th December. Nothing received. Emailed company to chase this and meet with platitudes but no action and no refund. Save yourself the bother and get your items elsewhere!

Absolutely useless considering delivery companies like DPD consistently deliver on time within a specified one hour time slot. Superfood and their delivery company, Yodel, do not even provide a reference number so I can track my delivery. The best they can do is tell me this morning it will be delivered today before 8PM. That's a huge help, isn't it? I will never order from Superfood again.
