Placed an order in Feb and never received my flask. Complete scam. Never received the water flask, nor a reply, nor a refund. Do NOT order from this website.

I placed an order on the 22nd of April and I am still yet to receive any correspondence with regards to when the product I ordered would be dispatched. I have emailed their customer service team on 3 occasions, to which I have received no response. I've tried using the chat function on the shop app and have received no reply. Fortunately. My order was only £20 or so quid so not too much money wasted but this place would definitely appear to be a scam/fraudulent. Do not order from here!

Total scam! Placed an order on 24/04 , received confirmation and the website is gone. No reply from their customer service. I guess my money are gone…

Like everyone else is saying on here, avoid at all cost!!! Been waiting ages for my goods and nothings arrived. Their website is no longer so definitely got scammed 🙄

I placed an order in March, still have not received it. I have sent 2 follow-up emails and tried their online chat, and have had no response.

Their website is now in maintenance mode, and no-one answers the phone.

After reading the reviews here, I fear these guys are dust, and so is my cash :(

Been waiting almost 3 weeks for an order that was supposed to arrive within a couple of days. Multiple emails sent but have not received any reply or acknowledgment. Looks like a scam company. Lost £40

watch out for gymrat.co.uk. They charge you for goods that they do not send to you and do not respond to your email.

Terrible customer service, I just moved and my Apple Pay automatically put in my old address when I paid and didn’t ask he to review the address, I noticed immediately and emailed customer service informing I needed the address changed, they didn’t respond for two days and then told me the pack shipped and wouldn’t do anything for me. I emailed them again asking what we can do for either a refund or resending because customer service failed to get back to me and they have since ignored all emails. They are are only contactable by email, very inefficient very disappointed with this company

I have used Gymrat before and had no issues, but this time round has been terrible no communication no order even though I paid £8.10 for delivery!!and I am £40 down, AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!

I would give 0 stars if i could. Never received my order, phone line rings out countless emails. Avoid avoid avoid!!!

Probably the most horrendous company I’ve ever dealt with. We received an order way back in January. Upon assembly we found missing components so they sent another one yet we still had the same issue. The quality of the product itself was so poor anyway we decided to ask them to arrange a collection and full refund. They agreed to do this back in Feb. We are now in April and not a single person has bothered to return my numerous phone calls, voicemails or emails. Disgusting customer service, practically non existent! Stay clear!!!

The company was struck off on 28th March 2023 and dissolved on 4th April 2023

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a joke of a company. Ordered Katana on the 9th march - said 2 days delivery. 21 days later - no product, no reply to emails. Luckily I ordered on AMEX and I will get my money back. I hate companies like this. Useless, money grabbing, waste of time. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE

Ordered from them and received my item but it was too big so decided to return it. They were good in replying to my email to return it but then that's where it went bad. I sent item back by recorded delivery and never heard from them again regarding my refund. Sent numerous emails and tried phoning telling them that it was returned and I had a signature but funny enough no contact from them. So now they have their goods back and my money. Will never use this company again and their name says it all about them. If your considering using this company then please don't.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered not turned up and still waiting I'm thinking about going selected address and find them from there quick to take money but not to actually give you what you pay for, absolute joke, called live chat and emailed multiple times and no response

I ordered a sports bottle on 27/02/2023 and have not received this item at all, advertised delivery date was 03/03/2023 and I have received no communication since paying. No response from customer service despite several emails and calls, even waited over a week after advising them over email of my concerns from other TrustPilot reviews describing similar experiences to me, and warning them that I will go to my credit card company to claw back a refund if they do not respond. Thankfully, my credit card company agreed almost instantly to credit the charge once I opened the dispute and showed them the non-existent service I received.

I ordered about a month ago! I’ve tried contacting them via live chat,email,contact us form and phoning!!! Nothing!! Absolutely disgusting company to take people’s money especially the way people are struggling at the moment! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY ! Shame on you

I’ve purchased vitamins on the 14th of March.Purchase #15981.Company was super fast to take my money and then just silence.I wrote 2 emails and called them,no response at all,so about what customer service are we talking about?I understand that 11£ is not a huge amount of money,but I don’t like to give 💴 for nothing.So my next steps are : negative promotion on Tik-Tok(so people know where they shouldn’t waste their 💰) and also a call to cyber police-just to inform and maybe find out that the company scammed not only me.Best of luck,GymRat.co.uk!
