Excellent attention from young lady assistant who gave us useful advice without being pushy. Would definitely shop at this branch again. (20% discount was great too!)

Great coat

Great coat, super service. Did click and collect and tried on in store just to be sure, perfect fit. Efficient friendly staff.

Excellent experience

In store the staff were very helpfull. Not in stock in neice size so arranged it to be delivered for free. Fast an efficient.

The sales girl was good

The sales girl was good, the coat was not in stock, but she ordered the right size and colour there and then. A few days later it arrived, no problems.

Great Trafford Centre store staff

Extremely good service. I went to the store to buy ski clothes but they been removed the day before. The two members of staff were incredibly helpful and the manager went to get a selection of ski wear for me to try on. I found the size that fitted and made a purchase. Lovely staff and great experience.

I went to superdry shop trafford

I went to superdry shop trafford, a guy there was so helpful with me, I chose the coat I wanted,he took my details and it was delivered in 2 to 3 days ,excellent coat and excellent staff in superdry. Would definitely recommend

Where is my purchase

Where is my purchase? It’s been a week and I have not received it nor have I any update on the delivery. Very disappointed.
Bought it in store for home delivery as they didn’t have it in store at the time.

I’ve brought navy blue coat from the Trafford Centre

UK is being cold as usual, I was at the Trafford Centre getting the things I need to get and after few drinks at the cocktail bar, I almost gone home, but managed to remember to get winter coat before leaving. I went to the store, they had last one in the stock of blue navy coat that going to cost me £139.

The employees and the store was good, professional and one employee asked if I needed a bag.
