Probably one of the worst companies I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering from!!! Ordered a burford vanity unit and paid for. Lie after lie about it’s delivery date, then told it had moisture damage!!!!! I asked for a refund which never happened when I rang back the guy was very abusive, when I said I’d be contacting my credit card company he told me to basically f.off nice!! Please AVOID at all costs

If I could give less than 1 star I would, after many promises and lies about when my bath would arrive, and promise of return phone calls, I rang to cancel my order and get a refund and was told I was an idiot and to f off. I Can not say more strongly DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I ordered a basin & vanity unit - and they guaranteed delivery 2 weeks ago. Nothing has yet arrived and they keep promising it's "on its way" ... but having read all these other reviews I can that's probably a lie... so I'll be contacting the credit card company to retrieve the money from these scammers

I'm pretty sure this is a scam company, and if it is legit then it's an absolutely terrible company!
Everything just didn't add up, similar with other reviewers experiences. Firstly, once you put your order in they send an email with a payment link, which is strange. Then they phoned to tell us to pay with the payment link..strange. I did a trustpilot seach for reviews but looked at superbath instead of superbaths and went ahead and paid. I used my credit card because I was suspicious and the payment went through a company called Aquariadise limited...strange. They sent a very informal email saying when delivery would be. Which was in about 10 days time. On delivery day nothing arrived and I had to stay in all day which was annoying. We phoned and inquired about when the item would arrive and they said they needed to check with the dispatch team and phone back. After chasing them again he did eventually phone back to tell us the toilet was cracked and so wasn't sent out for delivery. They then said that they could order another one from the manufacturer but it would take a couple weeks. That's when I knew it was a scam. The manufacturer doesn't sell this exact model they've updated it and it £200 more which is why I went with this company from the beginning because I was hoping to get this exact model that everywhere that's more reputable is out of stock. I only wanted this one because we have one in the downstairs loo and wanted the same upstairs. Another thing that was strange is their website still says that this toilet is in stock, so if it's in stock why could they not just send another one from the warehouse? Anyway they did offer to give us a refund which we asked for, but another reviewer had problems actually getting them to do this, so I just went straight to my credit card which reversed the charges straight away. Much easier then dealing with them any longer.

We very nearly fell foul of SUPERBATHS. Competitive product prices caught our attention. After submitting our order there was no payment link. Seemed odd so did a little research and found the many 1 Star reviews. So we checked Companies House & SUPERBATHS have yet to submit any trading accounts. CAVEAT EMPTOR - LET THE BUYER BEWARE!

AVOID. Ordered a bath. Never delivered. Wouldn’t refund. Had to go through banking dispute to get my money back. Claimed first bath was damaged on loading into van. Claimed second bath was stuck in customs. Even tried to dispute claim via bank that they had delivered the bath. Scammers. Appalling “customer service”. Don’t confuse with company called SuperBath. Their reviews seem fine.

I wouldn’t give them 1*but have to log something. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.
I stupidly ordered,paid for a bath which has never been delivered and the person whom I spoke with on the 4 occasions was rude and didn’t answer any questions just silence then was rude and abusive to me . I am reporting them to Trading standards and have contacted my bank who are now dealing with fraudulent issues concerning this matter. The account my money was taken from didn’t state Superbaths it was a different firm thirdwaves.co.uk who took my money so this is what flagged it up. I have looked up thirdwaves .co.uk and they are a tech company not a bath in site and look legitimate. So it’s a massive scam. BEWARE please.

It is a SCAM - do not buy from this company and if you have already done so then CALL YOUR BANK immediately to stop that payment and STAY AWAY from this company.

Stay away from these people, I am not sure this is a genuine company, I regretted the minute I placed my order, I suspected fraud right away, so cancelled my card...three weeks later I managed to get my money back through charge-back, otherwise I 'd be still waiting for my refund.

Do not buy from this company. They are a scam and don’t ever intend to deliver your item. Ordered a toilet, which after numerous excuses, never arrived. Then promised a refund, which also never arrived, and company is now ignoring all emails and phone calls. Had to contact fraud department with my bank to get my money back.

Ordered a toilet in early June, after multiple excuses for why they couldn't deliver I requested a refund, am now getting excuse after excuse as to why they cannot refund me over a month later. Avoid

I ordered a toilet on 20th June and after repeatedly chasing them i have now, today 12th July, requested a full refund. No return phone calls or emails and now today no one answering the phone.

Still never received my toilet pan 3 weeks now I have contacted trading standards this company just take your money don’t think it’s even a real site .DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY BUYER BEWARE!!!!!

Do not go anywhere near this company, if it is even a company at all. We ordered a bath in May which never arrived. When we cancelled our order we asked for a refund, we are still waiting despite multiple attempts to call them. Each time we are told that their accounting team will call us back. They don't. Have been eventually forced to take them to court.
