Inoltre c’è un video su youtube in cui dice che è sporco e che c’è un cattivo odore. Dalla mia esperienza non ho trovato ne sporco ne cattivo odore.

Super Air Jet is a complete disgrace to the aviation industry and an absolute joke of a carrier. This airline operates like a scam, routinely cancelling flights at the very last minute—clearly because they fail to fill up the planes—and secretly rebooking passengers onto significantly earlier flights without sending a single email, SMS, or notification!
At the airport, I witnessed firsthand the absolute chaos they cause. Multiple furious passengers completely missed their flights because this shambolic airline changed departure times to hours earlier without warning, leaving people stranded.
With Super Air Jet, chronic delays, sudden cancellations, and unannounced schedule changes are completely guaranteed. They have zero respect for their customers' time, money, and travel plans. It is a systematic failure.
The Indonesian Ministry of Transportation needs to step in and revoke Super Air Jet’s operating license immediately. They are completely unfit to run a commercial airline. Avoid this garbage airline at all costs unless you want your trip completely ruined!

Refund request submitted over a month before my flight date, well within the window for a substantial refund per their own policy. Weeks later, still no response or processing. No direct way to contact them as a customer booking through an OTA. Complete silence while the clock runs down on my eligibility.

kita flight rute solo - bali dengan Super Air Jet SJV 127 pukul 07.00 WIB dari SOC,
1) sampai malah lebih cepat pukul 08.54 WITA (9 april 2026),
2) Pramugarinya ramah, and sigap pas kita kesulitan baragg bawaan kabin,,
3) saran flight bali mending ambil penerbangan pagi, booking lebih awal di bookcabin untuk pilih kursi yang best view

Makasih Super Air Jet udah memberikan kesan flight pertama yg berkesan untuk anak-anak

Very bad experience. Arrived at the airport on time for luggage drop and check-in, but apparently they rescheduled the flight to be earlier. They said they sent email and tried to call, but cannot proof these. Got no compensation for hotel.

4 times delaid flight, got only 1 information at the beginning about the first delation. In all about 10 hours delation. Delation across the full night and following day, no cost compensation for hotel rent at night or similar.
NEVER AGAIN, such a money greedy, unhelpful, customer ingnoring company. Look at other review sites and get you own understanding of this poorly executed branch of LION AIR.

I am extremely disappointed with Super Air Jet.

My flight from Denpasar to Solo, originally scheduled at 10:00 AM, was suddenly rescheduled to 6:10 PM — more than 8 hours delay — only 3 days before departure.

No proper explanation was given, no real support, just a message asking if I “agree” with the change. But do I really have a choice?

This situation caused serious problems:

I lost almost a full day
I missed an important appointment at 2:00 PM
My hotel booking and travel plans were disrupted

This kind of last-minute change feels very unprofessional and gives the impression that flights are adjusted to fill planes, without considering passengers.

Before COVID, AirAsia provided much better service on similar routes, with reasonable delays and affordable prices.

Today, with the dominance of Lion Air, passengers seem to have very limited options, especially since even Garuda Indonesia does not operate direct flights on this route.

Despite high ticket prices (around 2.5 million IDR round trip), there is:

No reliability
No compensation
No real customer support

Reading other reviews, I am now concerned that the flight could be delayed again or even postponed to the next day, which would mean losing a hotel night and ruining our long-awaited vacation.

This experience has been very stressful and disappointing.

I would strongly advise avoiding this airline if you have any important schedule.

My flight from Denpasar to was moved to an earlier time without any notification. Because of this, I missed my flight and all connecting flights.

I had to book new tickets myself, which led to significant extra costs, including new flights home and an additional hotel night.

Super Air Jet refers me to Travellink who I booked my flights with and Travellink refers me back to the airline. I have received no help, no clear answers, and no compensation.

I was told I would receive a full refund, but I have not received anything.

Very disappointing experience.

Flight IU641 from Samarinda to Surabaya was delayed by 4-6 hours, causing me to miss my international connection to Singapore. No proactive communication was given, and the ground staff provided no assistance for my missed flight. Avoid this airline if you have a connecting flight!!!! Even if you dont have a connecting flight i suggest you to avoid it at all costs . 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

We booked a flight from Medan to Banda Aceh Sumatra. The flight was cancelled without letting us know. We recognized at the check in. Obviously we did not get any compensation. It was possible to get a refund but we wanted to fly to Banda Aceh.

So we took a night in the airport hotel and took the flight on the next day. These flight was 3 hours delayed.
I mean it's cheap but very bad management. But I have to say the employees where friendly.

If you can avoid, I would recommend not to fly with Super air jet.

maskapai penerbangan terburuk! kalau bisa 0 udah 0 bintangnya, delay 8-9 jam tanpa ada info, saya taunya malah mau check in, ga masuk akal. Gara-gara kejadian ini saya kelewatan acara penting, customer servicenya aja antri 3-4 jam, memang brengsek

7 hour delay on Jakarta - Bali flight on 12 Feb. First plane not serviceable. Board second plane. Sit, then deplane. Bedlam at counter. Do not support this rubbish airline.

Aku beberapa kali naik super air jet, yang paling aku suka adalah seragam pramugarinya yg sopan dan efisien. Sejauh ini belum pernah ngerasain delay atau apa. Cuma hari ini aku lumayan kaget dan sakit hati karena beberapa kali dibentak pramugarinya untuk sesuatu yang sebenarnya salah dia, wkwkkwk. Sumpah jutek dan galak banget. Bukan cuma ngga senyum, tp ini sampe bentak dan nyuruh saya matikan telfon (saya lg telfon dengan klien) karena dia kira saya duduk bukan di seat saya. Ketika saya tunjukkan tiket, ternyata dia yg salah kira. Hmmm, rasanya. Telfon dengan klien jd saya tutup begitu saja, saya jd merasa ngga enak dengan klien. Ya Allah mba mba, lg dapet kah.
