This company refuses to uphold their return policy. I requested to return my order because all the tops were too big and they’ve given me the runaround, asking if I checked the size chart and trying to convince me to take a 15% compensation, refusing to give me the return address. I sent the items back to the return address on the original package and notified them with the tracking number included, and they replied saying that’s not their return address and “get the package back or we will not refund.” Their emails are very unprofessional written in both grammar and communication. Mismatch fonts, extra spaces, and sentences that are poorly structured. No names or company information in their responses either. 100% do not recommend. Find a trusted retailer, do not use this company.

This company is a scam. The products they send are very poorly constructed. They do not match the photos on their stie. If you try to return (like theri site says they allow) They make you pay to send them to China which is an outrageous cost. Stay away! Horrible customer Service.

Poor quality and colors do not match the online photos. Customer service seems like it’s coming from a toddler behind a computer. They asked for “some pics” of the swim suit I received. After them rambling on about light factors and photo resolution, they felt the colors matched the website, I was not allow to return and I quote to “just give it a try-it will not be that bad”

Beware of this website. Swimsuits are not the same quality as they appear. They advertise “free returns” but Returns are not free. You are expected to pay return shipping to China with tracking.

Do not order from this fake company!!! They send the wrong items, it takes forever to arrive with no confirmation, claim free returns but ship from USA & want returns sent back to China at your own cost!! I’ve returned my items only to find out they gave me a fake address!!! Now I am out $65 + $20 shipping cost to China. Customer Service is AWFUL! Reporting everywhere I can - already have a case open with the Better Business Bureau

Very poor service and they make it impossible to return items. Really wish I had seen all the reviews on here before ordering!

I wish I’d read these reviews before I ordered 2 bikinis!! What a total con. Mine are also way too small, terrible quality and have asked for a refund. Still waiting to hear from them….. and imagine I’ll be waiting for a very long time!

I purchased a swimsuit from here back at the beginning of May and still have not received it. No updates. No response from them. This company is obviously a scam. A $45 lesson learned.

I ordered $100 worth of swim suits to get free standard shipping. Their standard shipping says 7-12 days. It has now been a month and still no suits. I looked at the Order information on their website and it basically says to keep waiting. We’ve emailed back and forth, and each time they responded with reassurances in broken English that don’t lead anywhere. Now, after reading these reviews, I’m not optimistic.

This company is such a scam. Purchased two swimsuits that did not fit, emailed to get a return label since they advertise free returns, and was told that I had to pay to mail them back…to China. Paid another $30 to mail it back with tracking and it has been held in customs for weeks. Company refuses to refund my money and responds in broken English. $100 down the drain. I can’t believe they are allowed to operate in the U.S. and scam people through social media and false advertising.

So very disappointed with this company. My package was lost in the mail and they refused to help or replace at all. We went back and forth on email and they just kept sending the same response - here’s your tracking number, take care of it yourself. I called USPS multiple times and they said it had returned to sender. I sent this information to sunikini and they continued to disregard me. They never offered to do anything to make it right. They took my money and refused to refund me or reissue the order. If you care about customer service, do not order from this company.

Like everyone else, just don’t buy anything from them. Returns/Exchanges are to CHINA! I purchased $240 worth of suits thinking I’d return some or most of them.

I went to return all of them bc of fit and the return trackable shipping back to China was $250. That was after being hassled for 4 days. I had a tip that if I used USPS it is not trackable outside of the US and then the company claims they *never* got the items back.

The suits themselves are ok. But the return policy definitely makes it easy for them to NOT have anyone return or exchange anything.

Won’t make this mistake twice! Buyer beware!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Complete scam of a company as others have said. I ordered 2 suits. Neither had the bottom coverage I was hoping for and one had colors that were off from the website photos. Requested a return and have been going back and forth with them with them questioning me about my reasons, asking if I checked the size charts first, and offering to give me 15% back and let me keep the items. This is the email I got from them which is barely English:

Thanks for your reply , sorry for this items did not fit you , actually for return , customer should pay for the shipping fee , so for this item , we suggest you can keep it for your side , then we can apply some 15% compensation to you ,you keep the clothes ,is that OK ?
because it takes time and shipping to send back and also need pay for extra cost,

I wish I had come here first and read the reviews before ordering. I ordered one swimsuit & it did not fit. Tried to return, after reading the return policy, which made it seem easy & hassle-free. It is not & exactly how every other complaint describes it. They hassle you in email, and force you to keep the product or pay for shipping that’s more expensive than the product or pay for more shipping for more products that you don’t want.

“ Thanks for your reply , sorry for this size did not fit you , actually , for return , customer should pay for the shipping fee , so for this item , we suggest you can keep it in your side , then we can resend another size to you , you just need to pay for the shipping fee, will you accept it ? ”

I ordered one of their bathing suits and it did not look good on me. It was slightly too small and because I have a long torso it did not hit me at the right spot. I emailed the company as I wanted to return it. She tried several times to encourage me to keep it but after 5 or 6 emails I explained that I just wanted to return it. She then emailed me back and said I had to return it to China and had to pay to have it sent back with tracked shipping! That shipping would cost me three times what the bikini cost! If you are going to buy from this company then make sure that you are going to like it (which is impossible to do) and make sure you order the right size (which is also impossible to do these days).

Terrible quality and when I requested to return the items for a refund here was their response:

"Thanks for your reply , really sorry to heard , first , for the items not meet your requirement , we just sorry for that , maybe the quality is not the best ,but wish you know , this item , it just with bargain price , When you place order , you ever considered that, right ?

If you really want to return , we will accept it , please note you are responsible for return shipping cost , it takes times and shipping to send back, if possible , we suggest you can just keep it for your side"

Even they are admitting that the quality is terrible. Wish they would have just said that on their website

Don’t use this company. 4 months later and I still have no suit and no response from the company

Ordered three items, but was only sent two (despite the shipping info saying they sent three). Company has refused to issue a credit, despite acknowledging not sending the third item. Tried to return one item and have been met with nothing but roadblocks - trying to get me to order something else despite my repeated emails that I don't want anything else.

Their website claims "easy" and "free" returns. Nothing they claim is true.

Scam Alert! The fact that they have a photo of a Trustpilot review score of 4.8 when in reality it’s only 2.6 is the first red flag. The fact that returns are more expensive then the product itself sure makes it easy for them to keep the money that you paid for a poor quality product you have to throw away. I was never sent a confirmation email nor given an order number which they require to make a return.

HORRIBLE!!!! RETURNS are to CHINA which is states nowhere on their website. Run from this company
