Qualität schätze ich als ungesund ein, stinkt ganz fürchterlich nach Chemie. Auf Mails bezüglich Retoure wird nicht reagiert und man bleibt somit auf den Kosten hängen.

Bikiniene har dårlig passform. Ser høyere ut i livet på bildene. Bestilte to i str M, men de var sydd helt forskjellig. VELDIG dyr retur da de også krever sporing. Betalte 400kr for å returnere 2 bikinier. De kunne tilby 20% avslag på de 800kr jeg betalte...men jeg hadde uans ikke brukt bikiniene, så valgte å returnere.

I placed an order and got 3 bathing suits. was unsure of a S or M so I did 1 of each. The bottoms are a drastic difference in size. The material looks NOTHING like advertised on the website. This website also sells the same things on CUPSHE and multiple websites. SCAM SCAM SCAM. I now have to return all items and pay for shipping back to CHINA.

I ordered a few bikinis naively thinking that it would be an easy process to return any unwanted items. The reality couldn’t be further from the truth as no one from customer service will send me a return form. Please do not order any items unless you are certain they will 100% meet your needs. Furthermore, it appears that there is a significant charge per item returned so be aware. Lastly, some items vary from the images on the website and the quality of the fabric and engineering is lower than expected.

BETRÜGERBANDE! Mieseste Qualität zu überteuerten Preisen. Kommt aus China was man erst erfährt wenn man die Ware erhält. Ware ist beschädigt. Auf meine emails, dass ich den Schrott zurück schicken will, keine Antwort.

The order came in good timing but the swimsuits didn't fit so I needed to return the items. In order to return the items, they have to be shipped to China at a cost to me. To ship something to China it is $50 -$100 which is an astronomical cost which makes it impossible to return so I have to eat $100 and don't have a swimsuit. Do NOT order from this company.

Ordered Swimsuits with express shipping.. showed up 4 weeks later. (after i was already home from vacation).. only half of the order. They do not accept phone calls and still got stuck with the price for express shipping. Only time they return emails are in the middle of the night and very vague. Can not return, cuz I never got it all.

This is a scam! Don't buy anything and don't make any payments on this sunikini web site.
Unfortunately I placed my order and made payment before I could read all these true negative feedbacks and reviews.
I prepaid 111$ for 2 swim suits +delivery which says items will be delivered in 7-12 days. So my order was made on Sunday 30 of September. Today is Thursday 3d of October. I haven't received any single email regarding my payment or order delivery. I sent already 4 emails asking them to cuncel my order. But got no response on any of my email and the Chinese phone number which is provided on thier Web side sends you in Chinese language to voice mail. It's a fake and scam website. Be careful and don't make any payments on it.

Vorsicht! Der Laden ist Fake! Es ist eine Kopie der schwedischen Firma sunkini (ein i weniger). Die bestellten Sachen sind zwar mit langen Lieferzeit irgendwann angekommen. Aber beim Versuch sie zurück zu senden bekomme ich auf meine Mails keine Antwort. Bei der Bestellung hieß es kostenlosen Rückversand. in der AGB steht aber auf eigene Kosten (nach China das günstige EUR 45), EUR 7 Bearbeitungsgebühr und wie ich in anderen Online Foren gelesen habe, muss man noch Zoll zahlen! Ich werde die Sachen jetzt wohl entsorgen, da ich auch keine Adresse habe wohin die Sachen zurück gesendet werden sollen. In AGB steht: nicht auf die Adresse von wo der Paket kam (eine DHL Station) und auf meine Mails bekomme ich keine Antwort. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen!

I ordered 3 bikinis which arrived over a month later in 2 separate parcels, They were poor quality and super small on sizing- had many emails exchanged as I tried to return them and kept being fobbed off with offers of parcel refunds. I then stupidly ended up paying to return the items to China from the UK, they owe taxes on the parcel and wont pay. I have now raised a clam with my credit card company- its interesting how there appears to be many AI generated amazing reviews on here and then the real story of 1 or 2 stars!

These suits run very small. The emails are unprofessional and difficult to understand. The one item in my order took 12 weeks to receive! I was told the other item is out of stock but could not be refunded until they received my return, that is to be sent to China with tracking! This cost more than the actual suit! It is a complete scam please do not order from this company!

I'm 5'4" and ordered 2 suits, a small and a medium. Neither fit and yes, the suits run small. In wanting to return the suits I found out that I needed to mail them to China with a tracking number which amounted to $74, the cost of the suits. This business truly is a scam and do not order through them.

I have not received my bathing suit. I ordered more then a month ago

I ordered 3 bathing suits and the package took longer than it should have. I was provided a tracking number but it never updated from the original location. I finally receive the bathing suits just to see that they sent me 1 in a wrong size. I email customer service and they responded, send us pictures so we can see. I thought that was strange considering i gave you my order number and you have my name? They responded," the size you received, can you wear?" UM NO since i am emailing you to return it. More emails exchanged after, he basically wanted me to pay for shipping to ship it back, even though they are the ones that sent the wrong size! Last email I received "Sorry, for any return, customer should pay for shipping" Absolute bullsh*t and will not get anywhere with this. Go through Amazon if you want one of their bathing suits.

Capacity and attitude to returns or replacement is not service oriented. I ordered tow swim suits the same size. One came correctly and the other a size, clearly marked, smaller. When i asked for an exchange for their error, I was asked if the smaller size would fit. No. they asked for me to reorder and pay the shipping charge. Still in process.
And I agree with an earlier comment that their suits run smaller to their size table.

I placed an order for two items with Sunikini on May 31st. One was $50.00, and the other was $47.00, a total of $97.00, with no sales tax or shipping costs, which should have been an initial red flag. I paid via PayPal. I received both items mailed from a carrier called UBI Logistics, and the packaging had a "from" mailing address noted as Hefei Huanju Moyan Unit #16-17, 3495 Laird Road, Mississauga, ON, L5L 5S5. Both items were of terrible quality and didn't fit at all. I am always a size large in bathing suits, so I knew this was just how mid-sized and cheap the quality was for it not to fit at all. I emailed the company's return email and asked for a return, which should have been fine according to their website return policy. Instead, I was asked multiple questions as to why. such as "Didn't you use the size chart we provided carefully?" They then responded, never using a name, stating that my choices were: 1. to keep the garments and get 15% returned. 2. return the garments using an address provided in China: Hefei KuaXing Trading Company, Room 1701 Tian Yue Zhong Xin. Shushan District, Hefei, China, 230000, Contact Lee, Phone (+86) 1-777-533-9495. I advised them that I wasn't paying shipping to China to return these items as the shipping would cost more than the items! They said those were my options. I asked for a return label, and they told me all shipping costs were my responsibility. I sent them a picture of the package address from Mississauga, as noted below, and asked if these products were shipped to me from the noted Mississauga address and why I couldn't return them there. They said there is a warehouse and aftersale department, but none of this made any sense. The respondent's English was very broken and unprofessional, and aside from getting a quick response, their customer service was terrible. There was no number anywhere to be found for this company. I have reported them to the BBB and suggest you do as well, or stay far away this company is a SCAM!!!

I am like many on this site that have been duped by this company. I too was given the option to receive 15% compensation, for my purchase which would have been nothing as I ordered 3 suits. When I reached out to the customer service email address, I too was asked the question about sizes, and if I checked the sizing guide, all of the things that have been mentioned in other complaints. The emails back and forth are in broken English and make no sense. I stated how frustrated I was with the company time and again with very little response back. I am following up on my promise to them to write a review and have also filed a complaint with the BBB. This company is a scam and when I told them I wanted a resolution they gave me an address in China to return the merchandise back to, even though the package came from their supposed warehouse in GA. Even though on the front page of their website it mentions FREE returns. Frustrating for sure, and don't want anyone else to fall for this companies lies and deceit.

I ordered 3 different bikinis from your website. I just want to suggest that you give customers the option to pick sizing for tops AND bottoms. When buying the bikinis, I was only allowed to pick one size... but I'm a medium in shorts, a small in tops. Now I have 3 bikinis from your store that I can't wear because I don't fit any of the tops. Please be more body positive and fix this issue.

They have a return policy, but do not follow it. Instead, they will criticize you for not following their sizing guide. I found their swimsuits ran smaller in size than the chart. I even bought two sizes so that I could return whichever one didn’t fit. Their emails are very unprofessional and hard to understand. My items also took longer than what was stated when ordering since they come from China which I didn’t know.

I too should have read the reviews. I purchased 4 and only 2 kind of fit, not sure if that is a consolation or not. I doubt I will wear them. Learned my lesson!
