I've got a chineese rayban! easily sent me a fake one without mentioning that in the website. Hopefully they refunde the money but it was a birthday gift and took me in trouble to find another one on time.

I ordered ray pan sunglasses and it was authentic and original and arrived to my address in Saudi Arabia in just 3-4 days with DHL thank you and you will be my default store for my sunglasses

Sunglasses came broken, maybe it was a one off but very dissapionted, management replied straight away, and accepted return so no worries.

Huge range of styles and prices I couldn't find anywhere close really. The photography of the glasses maybe isn't the best as the ones I bought I thought would be closer to black than grey but it's quite minor. I've kept them and will absolutely be looking to upgrade to another pair from the website in the near future.

Unable to review as I ordered a week ago and still no product.
The delivery is diabolical, no update to say where these are, for all I know, I won't even receive my order, first time using but will also be my last

I ordered sunglasses that weren't in stock .. I was told stock was expected within three weeks but didn't hear anything so I chased them up twice in the space of ten weeks. In the end I chose a different pair which are really nice. The only reason its 4 stars and not 5 is because I chased them about stock, they didn't keep me updated

First class service and the prices can be quite keen as well. I had fast delivery and when delivered had to try them on my first pair of Ray-Ban sunglasses they fitted perfectly and when driving they where very good.
If there was a downside I did expect a certificate of genuine make I'm sure they are but would have been nice.

I have bought three pairs of glasses on this second purchase. One pair was not sent as they claiming there is not available stock. Bus still showing on the web and available to purchase. I was promised within three weeks I will get my sunglasses! One month gone no glasses no refund!!! Very frustrating and disappointed with handling of the case. I would rate this as poor service and not professional. 😞

Wrong glasses sent even internal sales invoices and even box was addressed to someone else only thing that was has mine name on it was the UPS sticker, How could someone make such a silly mistake. Now my glasses are out of stock and the company has no idea where my glasses are or whom they have been sent to really!!!, Having read numerous reviews on the sunglassesshop.com trustpilot page I am shocked to see this is a regular occurrence they do to people and don't refund your money. The customer service is a call back option only and still have no idea if I will get my glasses or a refund. Thought this website was too good to be true with the prices they sell items for.
