I am so happy with my new sunglasses from this store. The quality is excellent, and the staff was patient and attentive as I tried on different styles.

Not the fastest delivery as the sunglasses I bought appeared to come straight from Rayban in Italy so took one week to arrive, apart from that very minor gripe I'm very pleased with my online experience. Great customer service with emails answered promptly and of course the glasses themselves are top norptch genuine product...I'd happily buy from sunglasses shop again.

Avoid and keep your money for a reliable sale I purchased what I thought was Ray Ban Sunglasses received a pair of what I can only describe as tat snow goggles .. e mailed for a return address was fobbed of numerous times with keep item offering discount back and to e mails no joy agreed to a £15 refund and the snow goggles still no reply or mention of refund guess I’ll just cut my losses do not buy!!!! Was told returns go to China and would be too expensive to send back yet I receive said goggles within 3 days 😂 Avoid, Avoid …

A very disappointing experience. Order confirmation but no sunglasses!! They ask me to confirm delivery address, which I did and since then I have heard nothing. I have sent numerous emails and have now requested that they cancel the order and issue a full refund. Will escalate this with Paypal on the 26th. Avoid this company. I have since ordered a pair of sunglasses directly from Oakley and received them the following day!!

Ordered some ray bans obvious copies but what we received I’ve thrown better away.
DO Not buy from this dispicable company .

Ho preso tre paia di occhiali, le lenti fanno male agli occhi ed erano piu piccole da come sembravano in foto. Ho fatto il reso ma sono 10 giorni che dicono che il corriere arriva domani ma non arriva mai.
Ormai sono 20 giorni ma non è cambiato nulla, ma tanto un'azienda che lavora in questo modo puo solo che fallire presto

I brought a pair of Rayban Marshall sunglasses that were advertised as ‘black’ on the website. When they arrived the frames were infact very clearly navy blue.
I returned these sunglasses on 30th June 2022 and 15 days later I am still waiting for my refund which the sites states are processed within 7 days.

I have been in contact various times but am still waiting. Not happy as I only had to return cause the description and pictures did not show the correct colour. 15 days later still no refund. Not happy.

Heb een pakketje ontvangen na heel lang wachten. Wil graag me pakketje retourneren maar de site werkt niet meer. Wil graag een reactie van de site.

After having the most awful experience in harrods sunglasses department I took my money and spent it here. SO much better, Great customer service will be returning thanks so much guys

Order made Tue 29th March, email confirmation received. Site advised would get glasses next day, so was expecting by 31st/1st April.

Sent two emails asking for update, no response. Phoned this morning (4th April). Agent advised had replied twice to me, needing id and address verification. Thought this was suspect for an order iv paid in full for. Asked to cancel order, which agent advised has processed and email me, surprise surprise still no email.. yet iv received 3 marketing emails from them since placing order.

Really not the best experience with this place……

Absolutely crazy asking for passport and utility bill when you have paid in full I was buying a pair of sunglasses not a house I will spend my money else where you should too.

Aggiorno il mio pensiero nuovamente dicendo che questo negozio non è affidabile per niente..ho ordinato un paio di occhiali il 23/12/2021 e ad oggi,dopo ben 19 giorni NON SONO ANCORA ARRIVATI.
Mi hanno mandato un messaggio una settimana fa che sarebbero stati spediti,ma quando vado a rintracciare il pacco mi dice che ancora non è stato preso in consegna( vuol dire che ancora non è stato spedito dai mittenti).
Non consiglio affatto questo sito perché non conviene stare tutti i giorni per 19 giorni dietro a un paio di occhiali nella speranza che arrivino,nonostante loro abbiano già intascato 45€

It’s a Scam company send you fake or second hand items that’s why they are much cheaper than anywhere else, not trustworthy at all Avoid!!!

Asking for photocopies of passports before they will send my order out despite already taking my money. AVOID

Ottimo prodotto, ho acquistato il capsula Berlino, e devo dire tutti quarto sono molto carini! Qualità prezzo più che ottimo, complimenti per il packaging, consegna super veloce( 2 gg) ah e c’era anche un altro buono nell scatola😚🙏
