Returns policy is dreadful - you think you're ordering from the UK and it comes from the Netherlands which means that they charge you to return it to the Netherlands. It cost £15 to return a bag that cost £45! Steer well clear!

SCAM!!! STAY WELL CLEAR!
I ordered these believing they was real, as they advertise with real Dr Martens there NOT there knock off from China that I wouldn’t even pay a fiver for. They won’t refund me either 😡 learnt my lesson anyway always do research before purchasing from an unknown company & if it sounds too good to be true then it is. How do they get away with this though? that’s what I’d like to know?

This is a scam!!! I waited over a month for my “dr Martin sandals” to come and they were fake!! Wrong size and didn’t even come in a box! The pictures say they are real dr martins and they’re clearly not

I ordered a pair of Dr Martens sandals from Stylistu and what arrived were a very cheap looking pair of pleather sandals with a imitation tag sewn on, really appalling quality and took a month to get here, would not recommend!!

This is a scam. I bought 3 dresses from stuzzywow. It’s the worst fabric I have ever tried on, and the dresses are nothing like on the picture. The colors dismatch, and on one of my dresses it was uneven in the length, and two of the buttonholes were ripped open. And the worst part: as I said, I ordered 3 dresses. One of them was supposed to be a beautiful blue flower dress. But guess what I received; a yellow “dress” that looked more like a robe or something. It was see throughout, and awful. And all the edges on the “dress” was so uneven, the seam has been badly sewn, and the dress had already begun to unravel.
So i have sendt them a Mail, as they tell Os to do on their webside, and Asker for a refund on all three dresses. But am still waiting for an answer after several weeks now!

I accidentally brought a t shift in the wrong size- 30 day return policy, at the customers expense, and to the Netherlands is shocking! It’s a win win for stussy!

Hands down they have the worst in store return policy ever. If you don’t bring your items back in 7 days your stuck with a product that is useless. First of all the sales rep is the one that suggested the size for me based on his dealings with other customers with the same build as I. I bought some swim shorts to take on vacation and found out they were too big for me. I came back to the store on the 8th day and they treated me like I was trying to scam them or something. I didn’t want my money back. I just wanted to either exchange my item for something else with the same or more value. I had a receipt and the tags were still on. Just a terrible vibe from the moment I stepped in the store. It was almost as I didn’t belong. First of all, I’ve been rocking Stussy since the 80’s before most of the staff in the Spring street store were even born. I respect the fact that rules are rules but I feel sometimes there are moments when the overall customer experience should be considered before you totally shut them down. I will never spend my money with them ever again. I’m messing with NOAH for now on.

I placed an order for more than 1.5 months ago and never even got shipping updates. Do not buy from this place!

Terrible service - I received a FAULTY item and have requested to return the item free of charge as it is faulty. No one is answering my emails, the call lines are down. I do not want to pay to return an item which is completely useless to me. I will never order from the brand again - poor quality, extremely overpriced and terrible customer service. Do not shop on this website.

realy Good service. I order NikeXStussy shoe a few months ago. When the package arived I saw I got the wrong size for the shoe. So I mail Stussy one day after my mail they had an offer for me Or i could send the shoes back an got my money back or the got an offer for 20% cashback on the product or 20% off my next order. I was verry happy with this Compensation. and chose for the 20 % cashback because the shoe fitted.

Havent refunded me for a order that doesnt have tracking at all, its been 3 months and no updates so far, hoping my opened paypal case will resolve this

Completely unsatisfactory customer service regarding huarache release. Tried to cancel order 15 minutes after it was placed due to sizing. Then told that all sales were final and non returnable/ refundable. The agents attitude changed only after I listed their own legal returns policy.

Huaraches still shipped and now having to pay return postage when they should have just been cancelled.

Absolute embarrassment of customer service and an absolute shambles.

j'avais cop la Huarache stussy, ma commande est annuler le jour du drop sur SNKRS du coup je ne peu même pas re tenter d'avoir la paire c'est inadmissible.

cancelled my huarache order and told me there is out of stock 5 days after my order is confirm and paid.

I wanna write about my experience, but don’t wanna bring back the trauma.

So I’ll offer some advice. If at any point you wish to purchase a Stussy product, please just go to one of the other stores who stock their stuff, there are loads. Please do not order directly from the brand.

Would rate 0 if I could . Sizes are in us sizes on a UK website so I ordered the wrong size . Emailed customer service and asked to change size or cancel . The operator called Leticia said all orders are final . I emailed back straight away nothing back what so ever . Won't be buying from them again . List your items in the sizes of the country your website is for . Even if it was in EU sizes I would of know to check .

Dreadful organisation, accidentally bought Huarache’s in the wrong size and they wouldn’t let me cancel. UK website , UK customer you would expect the sizing to be in UK sizes to find out once I’ve bought it they are listed in US sizes. Within 30 mins of buying I attempted to cancel this order and they refused. So now even if I return it I am £7 down due to shipping.
