UNPROFESSIONAL & UNETHICAL!
They claim to release collabs with companies like Martin Rose and PATTA… I sit on my phone and at the stroke of release time I go to add an item and all sizes are sold out!
This is not cool to us who support Stüssy all year around and buy their house brand stuff and make their business viable.

First time I have ordered from their website. Struggled to place the order and for exactly the reason that has been given - you have to insert a number into the address (even if you don't have one) and the order won't process without it. One day later, the order I was eventually able to process after a lot of effort on our part was cancelled without notice or explanation. Customer service at its' worst. Shame as the products look good.

The website is shocking. My family and I are quite big fans of the products at Stussy. But I must say it becomes such a hassle to buy anything at all that I think I shall not be purchasing from them again. The website will not let you type in your address properly. I do not have a house number, neither do many people in the UK. In the address section it says that providing a house number is optional but it will not let you buy anything unless you provide one. Absolutely ridiculous. I’ve also heard nightmare tales of the customer service team. Very disappointing as the quality of the products are usually good, but the buying experience is such a hassle it doesn’t seem worth it.

10 dagen geleden 2 t-shirts besteld. Nog steeds niet ontvangen en via het contact formulier reageren ze niet. t-shirts zijn wel aan betaald!!

My son travelled 150 miles for his birthday treat to go and by a tee shirt, to be met with an rather arrogant door man who wouldn't let him in, apparently they run some sort of ticket system to be let in!!!!! after phoning the store and asking why, the person that I talked with was very unhelpful and really didn't care. the call was ended with " hope you have a nice day" which really summed up the whole situation, they come across as a bunch of a totally over privilaged stuck up individuals. I have to really ask what does this brand actually stand for, there is no excuse for treatment like this on the high street in todays environment. I really do have to question the ethics of this brand and what they actually stand for with an attitude like that. Don't both going to this shop and supporting this brand.

Travelled 60 miles to stand in a queue for nearly 2 hours but when walking past there was about 10 people in the shop. Didn’t get anything in the end due to it taking far too long and will avoid in future. Never seen such a ridiculous system.

Edit: Went to Carhartt instead who were brilliant and spent £400 along with several other people we sat in the Stussy queue that left also to which you have missed out today on a few quid. Not that you probably care.

Bought a T-shirt from Stussy UK in size large which is the size that I buy in all brands and correct going by the Stussy measurement guide. Firstly it was £45 + £5 delivery which is extremely expensive for what it was which is a basic T-shirt. Secondly, when it arrived, the top half of the shirt around the chest seemed to fit fine but the bottom half was really loose and baggy- not the cut of a £50 shirt. Due to this I decided to return with all labels intact and was sent a QR code which I had to scan and print out the label. Despite me using my ink and paper Stussy charged me £5 for this. When I asked them why, they pointed out that it was their policy. When I asked what was the £5 actually for as it was me who had incurred the expense, they stopped all communication. I therefore have no T-shirt but am £10 less well off taking into account the original delivery charge. What an awful experience which I will encourage others not to repeat

Artikelen geretourneerd, pakket ligt bij PostNL of is al afgeleverd bij de firma na 17 dagen nog steeds geen geld terug. Na contact gehad met PostNL geven ze aan dat Stussy contact moet opnemen met PostNL om een onderzoek te starten, echter doet de webshop helemaal NIETS. Bestel hier NIET want het zijn DIEVEN als er iets mis gaat. Negeren je vraag volledig en ondernemen geen enkele actie als er iets mis gaat. Slechtste ervaring met een webwinkel OOIT, dit zijn een stel zware amateurs. WEES SLIM, BESTEL HIER NOOIT!!!!!

Disastrous! Soo bad the whole experience has prompted me to leave my first review for anything, ever. Was meant to be a treat for my daughter as she really wanted a Stüssy hoodie. Arrived there just after 1pm. Scanned QR for waiting list which says you’ll have a 1-2hr wait. Fair enough we thought and went off to do other shopping and have something to eat. 6pm and still app says 72 people in front of us. Shop closes at 7pm so went to ask what’s going on at the door. No info given, just told me to wait for a text. No chance of that. Obnoxious, arrogant staff on the door think and behave like they are nightclub bouncers! We got home just after 8pm and still the app said there were 52 people in front of us. I honestly think they have no stock and they think they are creating a want buzz by not actually letting anyone in. Opposite effect for me, and wont be giving them any of my money! Stock is overpriced tat, you’re only paying for a logo. Terrible shop and staff. Don’t waste your time and money.

awful. AWFUL. my cousin got a £130 hoody for christmas (‘the basic stussy hoodie’ in navy blue), i heard this and thought oh wow, it must be amazing- i saw my cousin open it and her face immediately dropped, it was her main christmas present, and looked like a bad shein product - i felt so bad for her and she tried to pretend like she loved it but it was so thin, the writing was a ‘peelable plastic print’ and it basically just looked so cheap, and it was such bad quality - i however got a WHITEFOX hoodie, and i LOVE it, such good quality, so thick and such a great colour selection- for half of the price, it is more worth it than i can tell you xx do NOT buy from this website

Have ordered from stussy UK online several times and have no complaints. Clothing has always been quality (as I'd expect) really speedy delivery. And they send a couple of free stickers each time. Highly recommend as I've never had a problem

Es una estafa, pone que cuesta 67€ y me cobran 91€, después encima no recibi el producto, me vino una caja de carton vacia, les mando correos y no contestan, me han estafado!!!!!

Ordered my daughter a hoodie online.
Had an email confirmation the same day with updates until the delivery the very next day.

Packaged beautifully so much so it didn’t need wrapping, the hoodie itself was definitely worth the money, really good quality and super cool, my daughter absolutely loves it!

Not sure why a shop that has very little stock in it has so many disinterested staff working. Think it’s cool to stare at phones instead of the customer. Don’t think so.
As it happens every time you go in there it seams it’s on purpose?

Dure basic hoodie gekocht, was snel binnen. Tot zo ver prima. Na 1 keer wassen, zag ik al dat de kwaliteit van de stof niet zo goed was (heel lichte pilling). Leek na 2, 3, en 4 wassen hetzelfde te blijven dus goh, prima. Echter na de vijfde keer wassen, is het pillen van de stof echt goed zichtbaar. M'n merkloze hoodies van 25 euro blijven veel mooier!! Klantenservice doet niks want alleen als er iets met het product is zonder dat deze gedragen en/of gewassen is, kunnen ze (mits gemeld binnen 14 dagen) iets betekenen. Dat deze dure trui na 2 maanden al erg lelijk is geworden, daar doen ze niets mee. Erg slechte service dus!!

Ordered a very expensive baseball cap (£45) for a Christmas present. When it was opened the cap had a lot of foundation make up stains so had been worn by someone else. Contacted Stussy and ask for a NEW unworn cap to be sent as replacement. I was told they couldn't do this as the warehouse doesn't offer exchanges. Even though they had sent a DIRTY item out, as new. You couldn't make it up
