The reviews say it all 80% negative.
Never heard of this dodgy company until I received an a false IP infringement from their agent.
They've register almost 6,000 trademarks and are using their agent to aggressively target small businesses even if they haven't infringed the IP.

I ordered a sweatshirt thinking it was a European website. Nowhere does it say that it is not and no taxes mentioned. The money (64€+5€ more) was taken from a Hong Kong shop. I wrote an email immediately to cancel my order, which they answered but never paid money back. I was asked to pay customs duty of 25€ which I paid thinking at least I have the item now (6 weeks later). Today I received a fake Cartier ring instead of a Stussy hoodie. I wrote asking for my money back twice and never got an answer. Total scam!! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE

I’ve been trying to fill in refund form for 2 weeks and site doesn’t recognise my order number. Tried to get help from them all I get is same email everytime, hope your issue is sorted, well no it’s not still no further forward and still no refund! Shocking customer service, never again will I order from this site!

Some of the worst customer service i’ve experienced. I love Stussy and have purchased it for many years. This was my first time returning and engaging with customer service. The amount of hoops i had to jump through to get my refund was INSANE. Constantly dismissed by customer service and told it was ‘processing’. Took nearly 2 months to get a refund. Will only buy in store in future or from other retails. If you plan on returning make sure you have your proof of purchase receipt or you will get nowhere even if the tracking shows as delivered.

Avoid. Similar to many on here, spent over £200 on items for my son for Xmas, ordered wrong size by mistake and hoped they would swap for the right size but point blank refused as purchase date was outside their 14 day retun policy.

Des voleurs... Tout simplement.
On reçoit le colis, mais finalement, mon fils ne préfère pas le garder. Nous le renvoyons après avoir payé 8€ de retour, et je n'ai jamais reçu le remboursement alors que le colis a bien été réceptionné par leur service.
Stussy me doit 162€ depuis 45 jours et personne ne répond à mes relances.
Tout simplement du vol.
Je vais aller déposer une main courante pour porter plainte.

Bonjour , attention à ce site . C est une pure arnaque . On n a même plus accès au site . De plus ils vendent des contre façon... Vraiment un site de pur arnaque

Commande effectué le 13/11.
Colis bloqué chez GLS depuis le 15/11
Aujourd'hui 28/11, toujours pas de colis.
Jai contacté le transporteur sans succès.
Cette commande était pour un anniversaire qui avait lieu le 21/11.
J'ai contacté le site vendeur pour me plaindre, ils vont rempboursé car il semble que le colis soit perdu. Quand je demande s'il y a moyen d'avoir un nouvel article, pas possible. Quand je demande un bon de réduction pour une nouvelle comande, pas possible. On m'a proposé les frais de livraison gratuits, 8 euros,. Quelle générosité de votre part, sachant que ma fille n'a pas reçu son cadeau d'anniversaire. Bref éviter ce site si vous en avez la possibilité et surtout ne faites jamais appel à GLS. Ce n'est pa la première fois que j'ai des soucis de perte ou vol de colis

Ordered 2 tshirts exactly the same design. First one turned up with a slice in the back of the top and parcel it was in, either caused by them or the delivery company which took a while to get a refund atleat 2 weeks. So i went ahead and ordered the same top becuase i liked the design and after owning it for two months and worn maybe 4 times the stitching has come undone around the armpit area (Inconspicious). For the size of the hole i would definately notice if i snagged it on something and if this is caused by the washing machine then it just shows how cheap this stuff is as ive never had issues with other competing brands like carharrt, supreme, palace etc. For the price they are charging and the quality being fruit of loom or guildan ts maybe even worse shows how much they have fallen off. Will never buy from them again better off going to primark and putting the print on yourself. This isnt the only complaint about stitching and quality also.

De verzending in verhouding tot andere bedrijven duurt echt lang. Na vijf dagen werd mijn verzending verstuurd. Het duurt dan nog 3 tot 15 werkdagen voor je pakket bezorgd wordt. Daarnaast kwam er bij de afschrijving opeens best een groot bedrag bij de kosten op die niet bij het betalen zijn vermeld. Na contact met de klantenservice kreeg ik hier ook geen specificatie van en bleven ze vaag waar deze kosten vandaan kwamen. Ze boden enkel korting voor een volgende bestelling aan. Het voelde daarom alsof ik misleid ben bij mijn aankoop.

I've been wearing Stussy for close to 30 years, the quality of their clothing is excellent, some of my t-shirts are 20 years old and still going strong.
Customer service is a different matter; I bought two shirts recently, one of which had a little-fingernail sized sticky spot on the chest (grey shirt, black spot). I contacted them, attached my receipt and a photo of the problem. CS guy clearly didn't look at the image or take note of the problem, he just said "Kindly note, our pigment dyed pieces have been individually dyed, producing a one-of-a-kind result. Color may fade or bleed after wash as specified on the products page.
We can offer a 10% refund on the item".

Well I wasn't aware pigment dying included adding a sticky spot which it appears, cannot be removed.
I wouldn't mind quite so much but I didn't ask for a refund, I asked if they could advise what I do to remove the sticky spot. Seriously, what use is a £4.50 refund unless it was going to pay for whatever they suggested I use to get rid of the spot? (Which they didn't).
Seems like they care about sales but it's 2 fingers up to the customer who needs help...and they had the audacity to follow that email quite quickly with a 'How did we do' feedback request. 'Badly', that's how you did Stussy; fairly certain you don't care though.

Took my teenage son for the first time, he was excited about buying some clothes. The whole experience was horrible from start to finish. Each staff member (apart from one) was unhelpful, sneered & just downright rude. Guys you’re shop assistants at the end of the day, get over yourselves, stop trying to act cool & perhaps try something called a little customer service.

Second time ordering off the UK website. Ordered late Friday afternoon, and the clothing was with me by Saturday lunchtime! Great quality woolen chunky knit zip hoodie! Love to Stussy!❤️

AVOID STUSSY
Order via website, faulty item received with stitching coming undone. Returned and almost a month later still chasing a refund. Company should be ashamed of their customer service.

Article jamais reçu !!! Impossible de me reconnecter à mon compte même en mettant mot de passe oublié.... Le site emmaforhelp...n aide pas du tout lorsque tu veux savoir où en est ta commande..il faut appeler la poste qui ne te retrouve pas en donnant ton numéro de suivi....

Went to the Stussy London store. On the 18th August. After reading previous reviews on google wasn’t expecting much! Got there early and queued for about 45mins was in the first group togo in! Opened on time and all staff were so nice and friendly Nothing was to much trouble. Explained that what they had out they could look for bigger sizes but didn’t have smaller then a size Small. Plenty of stock to chose from! Had a great experience. Would recommend to get there early as queue gets big fast!

I bought surferwalk tee after 1 day without washing the print is cracked and falling out

Bought a shirt in M what was like an XS. Thats okay but when I returned it, they try to not return your money! You have to pay attention and open a Paypal case to get your money back. Thats an absolute disgusting customer expirience! Luckily I remembered that they still owe me money.
