If I could give zero stars I would.
I spend over $400 on a rug, after just a week of owning it started pilling and threads were unravelling. It was placed in our spare bedroom in our basement which is low traffic.
Costumer service was horrendous to deal with and essentially told me “we don’t believe you”. I had time stamps for every photo. Instead of just admitting this product may be faulty from manufacturing etc. they essentially tell me I’m lying.
Will not be purchasing again. Low quality product and they do not care at all about their customers. Save your money.
Vile conditions
I have acquired a surface to comfortably sit my rumpus on, and It has arrived in the most vile of conditions. This has given me negative aura and I shall not be purchasing from this establishment again.

Horrible company. My teacher bought a bed set with specific dimensions and it was larger than it said on the website. It was on sale and he spent $1600 and was compensated $60. Pathetic! Negative aura.

Warrantie is no real warranty
Worst store ever:
-Their couches are very bad quality and broke under my weight (I'm only 170lbs) a couple of months after purchase with light use
-their customer service would not take a refund even after several weeks of back and forth. the best they would offer was about 15% refund and you get to keep a broken couch!! What are warranties for?
-DO NOT TRUST REVIEWS ON THEIR WEBSITE: they cherry pick them! I put a review on it and they have not posted it despite it has been more than a month now!

Estimated ship time is never
I placed an order on September 5, 2024 for a coffee table that was on back order and the estimated delivery date was Oct 26. At the end of October, I received no emails or notifications, so I reached out to customer service and am now told it's expected to ship on November 21. It's already way past the date and still no update. I checked the order status and now it says expected Dec 10. At this point, I don't think it's ever coming. This poor experience has made me rethink ever buying anything from structube again.

Terrible policies
You get exactly 7 days to report damage.
Given the amount of furniture purchased requiring assembly, I opened the package a little late and found that the standing mirror is broken.
I had to fill a form as it's past 7 days, at their mercy to know if they will correct the wrong (broken mirror) or I just assume I donated my hard earned $100+ tax to structube.
Worst part is I have to assemble few more items including a sofa (fingers crossed).
I should have read the reviews on trust pilot and other sources before making the purchase.
If I have an opportunity to repeat, I will purchase from ikea.

Ordered a coffee table from Structube back in May. They asked me to pay a deposit (which I did), and I thought everything was set. Well, it's now November, and my coffee table still hasn’t arrived. They called me to say there was yet another delay, and the table might not be here until January 2025!
Every time they call, it’s another excuse and delay. They even had the nerve to say, “Who knows, maybe it’ll actually arrive in January... or you could just take your money back and cancel.” Imagine waiting over half a year for a coffee table, with zero guarantee it will ever even arrive!
Extremely disappointed, and I’d recommend anyone looking to buy from Structube to be cautious—unless you’re okay with paying a deposit and waiting indefinitely for your furniture!
Awful awful company
Awful awful company. I can't believe I didn't read some of these other reviews or do some more research before I decided to purchase furniture from them. Long long story short, I ordered two couches in August 2024, paid in full (over $2500), and still have 0 couches and no refunds (it is now November 13, 2024). Staff have been rude and/or incompetent, and I still don't have answers.
Long wait but worth it.
Even though it took 1 month for my furniture to arrive, I would say my experience with Structube was awesome. I contacted them twice about the long delay and each time they got back to me. I ordered 1 sofa, 2 chairs and 7 cushions. When the furniture did arrive I was impressed how my furniture was wrapped so well, also the cushions. I had to put all the legs on, and the hardware was all there. It was VERY easy to put together. I say this because I am a 5"2 senior woman and I did it all myself. Also the furniture is so well made and at a great price too. Well done Structube!
The Worst Customer Service I’ve Encountered
Horrible customer service!
I ordered a dresser in July which was back ordered to October. When I finally received the dresser one part had the holes in the wrong spots and I could not put it together. I tried every single possible scenario and it would not work. I contacted them and they said they would send out a new part. When it arrived, the WRONG part was sent. I contacted them again and went through the same process. Out of curiosity, I asked for the return policy because I was very annoyed with their lack of care. They said 7 days, which is crazy, and that it does NOT reset when I receive the correct part.
By the time the part would come, it would have been past 7 days since receiving it. I thought it was bizarre since I couldn’t even put it together until after that time frame. I said I want to return now so I had to submit ANOTHER form and after over a week from submitting the return form, I have still not heard anything from them… I had to buy a new dresser so now I am out $400 and who knows how long this is going to take… they know they sent the incorrect part from my very first case I submitted so the fact I am waiting this long is bizarre.
Do NOT order from them.
Don't waste your time! Customer service SUCKS!
Placed my order in August for dresser and nightstand which were to be delivered in September. The delivery date kept getting pushed out and ended up being scheduled for Oct 16. The day before they provided a delivery window of 12:15-4:15.
On the 16th, the driver showed up at 10:40 demanding that I give him my garage code since I wasn't home. Refused to come back during the scheduled delivery window and left.
Nobody at the store level could assist b/c it was an online order. Online people said that they would make their outside shipping company aware.
After finally getting my assembled order, Wiam who is apparently a Case Support Manager said that Structube isn't responsible b/c it was their outsourced delivery company.
Wish I had read these reviews before I placed my order. Hopefully others will and save themselves the hassle.
Terrible Client Service
Terrible client service, do not order from them. Ordered an office chair that is so poorly made I am shocked. It causes me physical pain to sit in it and they refuse to even issue a credit. Never heard of a 7 day return policy in all my life, especially with big ticket items like they sell. Will never order from them again and will be making sure to tell everyone I know the same. Little do they know I have close connections to an influencer with a pretty large platform who I'll be sharing this story and the product with.

I placed an order online in September for a couch that said it was in stock. They happily took my money and said they would be in touch for delivery. A week later I hadn’t heard anything and I checked my online account which said the couch was now out of stock and wouldn’t get delivered until mid-October. There has never been any email or other communication from structube about it. I checked on the order several more times with the date the couch would arrive to structube (not my house just their warehouse) and it kept being pushed back. Finally today l looked and it’s now not coming until mid November. I called got hung up on once for asking to speak to a supervisor and then I called back and am now having them refund my money and cancelling my order.
I also bought items at two separate locations in Calgary because you can’t just have them order from one store to bring to the store you’re at or deliver to your house, you need to go to each location to pick up items. The customer service in store was also not great and should have been a sign but sadly I didn’t heed that sign because I wanted some budget furniture for a temporary residence. I guess the saying “you get what you pay for” is very true.
I highly recommend not bothering with this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service. They refuse to even let you to speak to a manager or the warranty department to make a claim. They claim to have a one year warranty on their couches and only three months after buying a $1700 couch the wood under the couch comes apart and they say that that does not qualify as a manufactures defect. Stay far away from this company.

Got an online order for 2 nightstands and a mirror. Mirror came completely smashed and 1 of the night stands came assembled poorly and the drawer didn't close or open properly. Called to get the nightstand replaced and refunded for the mirror and just got a run around. Had to ring back multiple times to try and get a solution and replacement for the one nightstand and the process took so long that they sold out and it's not being restocked. A massive waste of time and money and have had boxes of furniture sitting in the kitchen taking up room for 2 months now.
Do not buy anything from this scam of a company.
