I wouldn’t tell my worst enemy to purchase a product from Structube. Ordered a brand new dining room table from there. It was delivered & after assembling it, it was discovered there was damage in two different spots. Contacted Structube & they blamed us for not checking for damage prior to putting it together. They offered us $65 to keep the table when it was over $350. We requested a new one, and they told us we had to take the table apart, have it ready for the movers & potentially have to pay for the delivery back. Spoke to the case manager & she was rude and arrogant. Now we have to wait 14 business days to get a table we bought that isn’t damaged. Avoid this place at all costs. We will never buy anything from here again.

Giving Structube one star is probably too generous. I purchased an item on line and immediately cancelled it within the hour after I double checked the measurements and discovered the item would not fit. I ended up having my credit card stolen the same day. In order to get my refund (since I had to cancel my credit card) they said they would mail me out a cheque. It has been three months and I have not received my refund. The first cheque they said got lost in the mail, so I patiently waited for another cheque and asked that this one be sent to the store (through their internal mail) and I would pick it up. 31 emails back and forth, dealing with three different managers and I was told again that Canada Post lost this second cheque. Nobody was able to even tell me how long it takes to issue a cheque. This company has terrible customer service. Three months later and I am still waiting for a refund of $250. I would NEVER recommend purchasing anything from Structube.

Le 2 février 2025, on m'a livré deux causeuses en cuir, une causeuse les coutures du dossier tout croche et un côté enfoncé très visible et l'autre pas parfaite mais beaucoup moins pire, le lendemain j' ai signalé le problème au retour en ligne on me demande des photos et une vidéo que j'ai fait parvenir en attachement au courriel, après plusieurs échanges de courriels on me dit qu' on voit aucun problème sur ma video alors on ne procède pas au retour pour un échange!! Je me suis présentée au bureau de retour de marchandise a Laval près de l'autoroute 13 et on me dit nous pouvons rien faire car vous devez communiquer avec achat en ligne vu que vous avez acheté en ligne nous ne pouvons pas vous aider, j' ai dit pourtant je suis au bureau de Structube la même compagnie alors encore une fois j'ai communique avec le service en ligne pour expliquer que la politique inscrite sur la facture n' est pas respecté car il est bien inscrit si pas satisfait vous avez 7 jours pour retourner ou échanger et on ne mentionne pas qu' il faut envoyé une vidéo alors qu' on me demande sans cesse une vidéo qui n est jamais correcte, aujourd'hui le 14/02/2025 j'ai envoyé une autre vidéo et je dois attendre une réponse la semaine prochaine!!! ALORS qui est bien inscrit que j' ai 7 jours pour retourner mais ceci n'est pas respecté par le service après livraison, je suis vraiment déçu du service après vente 12 jours se sont passés et je suis toujours avec une causeuse qui présente des défauts très visible et l'autre pas parfaite non plus. Avoir su que c'était si compliqué je n' aurais jamais acheté chez Structube. Je mettrais un -0 comme évaluation.
J' suis toujours en attente sinon je devrais envoyé une mise en demeure.
Finalement le 22 février j' ai reçu l' échange, j' ai dû emballé la causeuse afin de passer à l' échange,la causeuse pas parfaite mais acceptable.
Carey Chair
I wrote a review about the Carey chair and it wasn't posted. I have purchased this chair before back in 2019 and the wood colour was definitely darker, now it seems it has no stain at all but yet they haven't updated their web pictures, so when I received it and it looked like unfinished wood I returned it because it didn't match my other chairs. My review of this deception wasn't posted. So ultimately your almost 5 star rating on this chair isn't quite accurate because you don't post low star ratings on this Carey. Not honest. I also don't like the lady in the Hyde Park store in London Ont....she is really rude.
Horrible customer service and poor quality of beds
I’ve ordered 3 beds from structube, the slats on 2 of them have broken. They initially provided a replacement for one then declined after it happened again. The process of getting a replacement is tedious. They don’t sell the slats so if they happen to break—and yes, they break easily as they are very flimsy—and it’s been more than a year since you bought it, they won’t replace them and won’t even sell them to you. I don’t know what type of tactic this is but it’s mind-boggling. They are trying really hard to lose me as a customer forever. I would not recommend buying anything from them if this is how they treat their customers.
Expect missing parts with your order and attitude from staff if you complain!
My partner and I ordered the DAWSON tufted upholstered wingback queen size bed. We like how it looks, and it is pretty sturdy; however, the company as a whole isn't too great. The main issue we had is that there were TWO parts missing when it arrived - one washer for a screw, and the other was the tool needed to put everything together! Yikes. When we reached out to the company, they said exactly these words: "We cannot guarantee that we will be able to find your spare parts but we will do our best to accommodate your request. Shipping charges may apply when sending the part." I thought it was a joke that there was no apology at first, no guarantee that they would have the missing parts in stock and on top of that, they were going to charge us for shipping of these parts. Eventually I got an apology, and after weeks of back-and-forth (sending numerous picture, completing numerous forms, answering the same questions over and over), they did send the missing parts.... 1 month later. But by this point we already bought it ourselves... And of course, when I asked for compensation for all the trouble they put us through, they said no.
Purchased a Chameleon couch 3 months…
Purchased a Chameleon couch 3 months ago and starting sagging/losing shape in the middle when we barely use it. Contacted them and they declined the warranty and insisted it’s a wear and tear. Worst customer service and will never recommend their store nor their products

I wasn't home and they did not leave my table at my door, instead, they tried to charge me $100 to "redeliver"
Poor quality furniture
We bought two Falcon three-seat sofas in Burlington, ON. Not even five months after purchase, the back cushions have completely lost their shape. Very poor quality filling. Not supportive at all. Wholly unsatisfied with this purchase. We brought the cushions in to show in person how misshapened they had become and were told that they would replace the cushions for us only to find out a week later that head office would not allow this. Do not purchase this poor quality furniture. It is not worth the money even at sale prices.
Waste of time & energy!
I bought one sofa from them on Black Friday, it took them almost one month to deliver it even though I live in Montreal and it came from their stores in QC. it had a manufacturer defect, was not able to assemble it. I asked for exchange and they sent it in 7 days. Again, same defect and also another one. I asked for refund and they approved it. I spoke with them about any compensation that they will consider to cover the energy and time that has been wasted and the fact that I will spend more money on a new sofa out of the Black Friday season. They just replied to me that they won’t do anything! I would say that the customer service people were doing their job, no delays, but the management and the higher ups are so bad and wasting our time and energy!
Not worth it, save more, and buy your time with higher quality brands!

The dimensions are wrong
I spent a ton of money on a bedset that said the dimensions should fit in my room but when it came it was to big and instead of refunding my money they gave my 50$ of store credit but that does not matter because I am never shopping there again this place has negative aura

Terrible Customer Service
I’ve been a loyal Structube customer for years, spending over $25,000 on their products. Unfortunately, my experience with their warranty and customer service has been very disappointing.
I purchased a Simon Lounger for $799, and within a year, the seat area started to sink, making it extremely uncomfortable to use. When I brought this issue to their attention, I was informed that foam density problems are not covered under their warranty, despite this clearly being a manufacturing defect.
What’s more frustrating is the lack of goodwill or effort to provide any resolution for such a loyal customer. I wasn’t offered any repair options, discounts, or even a meaningful attempt to address the issue.
While Structube’s products look great, it seems their quality and customer service do not match the premium prices they charge. I cannot recommend this company, especially for big-ticket furniture items.
I’ll be looking elsewhere for my future furniture needs.
delay delay and more delays
We ordered furniture back in August and we are still waiting for all of it. Said it would be here late November, ok with that. However now not until end of January we did not have any dining set for the holidays. Sent one msg that there was a delay and rest radio silence. Like some of their stuff but will not order from there again.

I have never and I mean never had a worst experience than Structube’s.
Such a bad service.. from the sales person to the head office to the assistance Paula to the management folks. They act all nice before you buy then zero after sale service… zero… Also, Delivery is sooo bad (and not free) not taking care of products. Then they leave the delivery in front of the entrance door (the delivery folks say, we do not put them in the house.. we are not a moving company but a delivery company) then cheap material and bad quality. Doesn’t last. Also bad instructions to assemble… and last but not least, worst return and refund policy everrrr. My products fell on special 2 weeks after I bought them… and they wouldn’t match price. I compared with other stores and quite frankly Brick, Meuble RD, Tanguay, Home, Arluxx, and many local stores are wayyyy better. Do your research before you buy from Structube…
The instructions how install are terrible
For starters their instructions how to put together the Mick Filing cabinet are terrible. I have intalled 7 hotel rooms with complete kitchens from IKEA so I know how to install and follow instructions. It would be worse with someone new at doing this. stage 2 shows to put the wooden stubs C into the holes that houses the A screw in units that go on the top and bottom. Its should show the outside holes. The #2 assembly instructions are so small you can't see the way the I and J rails that don't have the I and J written on the packages sits. The package numbers are done in felt pen. And a bunch of little clear rubber washers were thrown in with no numbers. I had to guess where they went. In the end the drawers are hard to open and close. Had to use some grease to make them decent. Never had these issues with IKEA.

Sales person, Patricia, at Structube, London Wonderland store was an outstanding and helpful sales associate - highly recommend dealing with her. Honest and personable. Great sales on furniture that was purchased,
Damaged goods…
I found a defect in the fabric of an upholstered bedframe. This was after I had already disposed of the packaging.
After a MONTH of calling and emailing the offered $65 in compensation.
I'll never buy from structube again. Lousy quality, lousy service. They just don't care.
