Your order was shipped on December 31 by registered airmail and delivery to Australia normally takes about 10-14 working days. Please note that delivery times can vary depending on destination and postal services to the area.
For registered airmail, only limited tracking is available and only after a certain period of time from the date of dispatch, normally 10 working days. You can monitor your shipment using your tracking number at Australia Post site https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/search.

Refund issue
I have ordered from this company before without any issues. My recent order got lost and they are asking me to close my PayPal dispute before refunding me. I’m concerned that if I do that, I will not see a refund. They state it is a new policy. Seems irregular to me.

Always loved strawberry.net. They've gone up a bit in price since the last time I used them but they have great discounts for repeat buyers. I used to get my powder foundation from here religiously and everytime I bought another round I'd get an additional 5% off. It was such great deal! I wish they had a cheaper option for express shipping (as the only one I am offered is $49 🥵🫠), but I do love their range. Definitely recommend.
