Stratstone - BMW Hull Recenzje 

Had a great experience with BMW stratstone Hull, in particular Will Houlridge who expertly up sold us a bigger car than we went in for :) absolutely love the X6, this is the 2nd car from Will and will return.

Have just picked up my new car from Stratstone Hull . Service has been excellent, from start to finish . Thank you Jack for your excellent knowledge and handling of the order and keeping me informed .

I purchased my Mini 2 years ago from Stratstone and I have only done 5000miles since purchase. I have just had to have a new timing chain put on by another garage and it has cost me over £600,. I contacted the company and the head office and had no replies!. There was a recall on them for this a few years ago but they say is rectified on the newer models , This is not the case as after reading many forums online this is still a common ongoing fault with Minis.

Disappointing..!! Quoted for an hour's investigation (£120) turns out it takes 3 hours to read the ECU (£360) Then you say I need to pay between £600/£700 for a part that might arrive in 4 to 5 months then it will require a further test as there is no guarantee this part will fix it.!! Shocking service with if's and butts ..!! Typical of a garage that can only change parts.

Recently had my car serviced for the first time and had a very easy experience throughout. My car was collected and returned to my home all nice and clean inside and out! I was kept informed during the whole process by Rui Carvalho-Pereira from sending me a video to speaking to me to explain a few things. From booking in with Charlotte a few months ago to having my car delivered back to me it was a very easy and professional process.Easy online payment too. Starting from when i entered the dealership, William H approached me and sat me down to discuss the car i had in mind. He got an idea of what BMW 3 series that were available and quickly got the car i chose round for me to see. The car was stunning from day 1 and still to this day. Will then sat with me showed me round the car, the features it had and all comfort buttons. He also came out with me on the test drive which i recommend for anyone who has a lot of questions like i did. William was very approachable friendly and helpful with his knowledge about cars. Once we arrived back at the dealership we sat down, i was also offered details on how i could part exchange my vehicle, for the age it was i was well happy with the value i was given. I also chose to get the ceramic coating which i would also recommend to everyone because it brings out a deeper colour of the car and feels smooth as anything; and you also get a free cleaning kit which is handy because I now can wash my car myself every time. The best bit for me was the peace of mind knowing i have the BMW warranty which just puts me at ease on every journey and shows the reliability of the car. Even the aftercare is amazing, William H as well as other staff always offers to help and answers any questions i have. The process of buying and exchanging cars was quick as anything and hassle free. I'd definitely buy from there again for the service and friendliness of their staff.
