I've owned many brands of parkas over the years, and my recent Colter Parka from Stio has been the best I've ever worn. It is a more relaxed fit, perfect length and cut, and will last a lifetime. The fit guides were helpful on the site, and I could easily call customer service for advice on the best style and fit for me. Thank you for a technical product I can wear for many years ahead!

I have always loved Stio product and have always had great experiences with the company. Stio is my go-to for all types of gear from everyday hiking to ski. My Environ kit always gets compliments on color and the quality is outstanding!

Super easy to navigate website. Incredible selection of clothing. Always new and fun colors. Just picked up the new Dawner. It’s going to be a staple in my closet. Stio is the real deal. Reminds me of my days living in WY. Reached out to Customer Experience about tracking and they could not have been more helpful and reassuring of my orders delivery. Definitely made me a customer for life.

Customer support is professional, responsive, helpful, and resolves issues quickly. Great knowledge about the differences in materials and intended use cases to help you decide on the right product for your needs, especially if you don't live near a store. Delivery was also super quick!

I love Stio. Their products are awesome. I recently ordered a paid of their Colter shoes and they arrived within a week of my order. They fit nicely and the quality seems great. Thanks Stio.

Extremely slow shipping- 3 weeks for an order. Also, there was a banner offering 25% off for giving them my email. I did but never received the 25% off code.

Stio's customer service is terrible! Absolutely terrible!

Reading reviews I found I am not alone. Service is terrible. Buy from someone who values their customers. Product never showed and cant get anyone to help.

What a terrible customer service experience from what looks like an overpriced garbage company. They obviously bought info and sent out their catalog unsolicited and very much unwanted. If you try to call to get them to stop they won’t answer. They have directions to go to their website to remove yourself but be sure to type everything exactly as they have it even if they have it incorrect…yet to see if that actually stops it but I find it offensive to get these wastes of paper and mailbox space when you have never purchased or heard of them before and then to have to work for the company in order to no longer be harassed by said company.

I ordered and paid for an item on December 13th and have not received the hoodie or an update. I have email three times and still no response. My grandson sent me this company for his Christmas gift. I had it mailed to me since he would be here. Now he is back at school. I had to come up with a last minute gift.

Horrible customer service. They list the $464 jacket in the mail and refuse to send a new one, customer service on the phone is too busy and will not answer.

I have ordered 3 pairs of the same shorts over the past 1 1/2 years--really like them. Ordered a fourth pair when they went on sale but they were never delivered. Called and the recorder said they were busy (no option to hold) and to leave a number or go online. I left a number and sent an email and they are conveniently too busy to deal with this problem. (We have received shipments at this house for 30 years and never has anything been stolen.)

This is company is all about environmental window dressing that in reality is just BS. They are total “reducing carbon footprint” hypocrites with horrible customer service and inconsistent sizing issues.

My Goretex coat coat went $50 further on sale the day after purchase. I requested help and received non responses until finally I was told they’d honor the sale price ONLY if I returned the whole order to them and then RE-Ordered all items (assuming still available in my sizes.)

When I pointed out the ridiculous waste of fossil fuels, and how much better for everyone a store credit would be, I again got NO REPLY.

What a way to win over new customers and protect the environment…(sarcasm)NOT

AVOID THEM. Much better companies with better products that value customer loyalty out there

My jacket frayed within one month and they won’t do anything other than offer a patch.

The styles, colors and fit are awesome in nearly every item I’ve ordered. Shout out to Messa for checking in and encouraging me once in awhile too. I LOVE your stuff!!! And you guys have made a huge improvement to customer service (not that you were bad before but now your second to none)

This needs to be published, as stio.com took it down the same day I posted a 1 star review. If you are evaluating their products, consider the fact that they delete the vast majority of non-5 star reviews.

I bought an Ashton Chambray shirt from them about a year ago. I love the fit of the shirt. I take good care of my clothes, and it's common for me to own a shirt for 10+ years. On my Stio shirt, a flaw showed up in the right sleeve that I noticed the other day. I only wear it in an office environment - no hard use. So I submitted a warranty claim. It was denied immediately.

The lesson here: Stio charges an exorbitant amount for shirts they do not stand behind. I'm not wasting my time writing this for fun. Buyer beware. There is a long list of other great brands who don't hide behind bad internet customer service and actually stand behind their clothes. I will be buying from them.

Bought a Stio jacket 1year ago wore it twice and then went on a ski trip and the zipper split and will not stay closed. Contacted Stio and because I do not have the receipt or POP over a year later I am out of luck. Was purchased at a shop in PC. Disappointing. Stio will not repair or anything. Love the jacket though. Will consider another brand on my next purchase.

Purchased a Stio Down Jacket that seemed great from Sierra. Within a few days of wearing it in cold winter temps the zipper failed and started splitting from bottom up. The jacket is large enough for my body that a zipper failure does not make sense. Customer service gave me the run around and said that since I bought at Sierra their warranty is invalid. I sent tags, receipts, etc., and then they gave me a code for repair and the name of their repair shops. When I reached out to them they said I pay them for repair and for shipping to and from and then maybe Stio will reimburse. Poor customer service and poor quality zipper on a very expensive jacket makes me say, go a different direction than Stio. A business that does not stand by their warranty.

Cheap China made products that the company won't stand behind.

Stio refunded me for one of my items claiming they didn’t receive both when I know for a fact I sent both items. This after receiving an email from them stating that the return department was extremely behind and the refund would take longer than expected. I can only speak of the quality of the fleece pullover, but definitely below average and very uncomfortable in both sizes that I ordered. I will be contacting the better business bureau.
