Extremely disappointment by the non-existence customer service of this organisation. We ordered the small right-facing butterfly swirl wall sticker and when it arrived we were over the moon with it and decided we would rather have two the same on our bedroom wall. Went on to order exactly the same again but left-facing. Upon receipt we realised that they had packaged and sent us the larger size by mistake and made contact via email requesting they send us the smaller one as per our order. We also called on a number of occasions but there was no answer and no answer machine. Now three emails later the first being a week and half ago, we still have had no response. Very disappointing experience. I feel the products are of a good quality but when there is an issue they do not want to know.

The website is easy to use and choose from. The service was quick and they kept me informed. I haven't actually put the sticker on my wall yet but the instructions are clear and it does not look too tricky.

Ordered a large orange/brown tree for my dull hallway. It looks brilliant and is very good quality. It was a bit tricky fitting it around the light switch!

Have used StickersWall before, have a small and large white flower in my bedroom and a small silver flower in the ensuite. They all make great features.

Stickers were easy to use once I got the hang of it and the effect is brilliant. Looks really professional. Good value for money.

I have bought 2 designs now, both so easy to stick on the wall even i could do it and they look amazing!

Loved the stickers on this site and have tried them before, so when my son needed something to replace endless posters that kept falling down, we chose something from here. Love it!

So easy to put up and looks great.

I bought 3 different lots to decorate my daughters bedroom. Once finished the room looks great but it took a LONG time to put them on. The writing ones were particularly tricky and the others you stick on, wait and then peel the top part off. The products are brilliant but don't kid yourself that they will be easy and quick to put up. I would definitely buy more though.

Ordered 2 wall stickers big lilic rose look amazing going order another one then order lilic rose with black rose branches it was large and didnt come in sections like rose head you had to take all off sticky backing wich find it hard and got all stuck together and try un sticking it and it rips so had to bin it but the lilic rose l ordered and put it on wall section at time is great so will be making another order very soon

Product is easy to apply. Did it myself and it took about an hour. Transformed a big empty wall into something fun to look at for my newborn baby . Even my toddler loves thé giraffe and monkey.Very good value too

Product is excellent but took a week for delivery. Should have been 3 days. So disappointed in that.

This is not the first time I have used Stickers Wall and like the previous purchases I could not get better service anywhere,
Product arrived as stated well wrapped and looks lovely on the bedroom wall.
Would use again in the future.

Order arrived damaged - the cardboard tube had been bent in the middle causing damage to the design. I have not used the design yet so cannot advise how this will affect the final result.

Really fast delivery. Sticker up on wall looks fantastic so much better than I imagined. Great quality with step by step instructions.
