A Beautiful Outcome
The final outcome, the products!
I am new to the company and the products they make. I ordered 2 different products using 2 different processes and formats. Both lived up to their claims and I would certainly use their services again.
The only negative experience was how long it took to acquire samples, in 10 days after speaking to 3 or 4 different people. I really wanted to see the products before I did more. Eventually I was obliged to enrol to be in the system. Calls to other staff were polite and informative and I felt the best efforts was being made. Samples eventually came and I progressed from there. The website system was clear with a one-price starting system. Technical help was not so clear so I looked elsewhere and found a brilliant description that suited my pedantic mindset. I passed on the link to the marketing head so they could see how to improve the learning experience for a novice. I then had excellent service after placing my order. The products arrived safely wrapped and were a delight to see first hand. All the qualities I wished for in the package.
They were easy to apply and looked beautiful and suited my purposes.
They are both artworks and are already on show before you can read this!
