Easy to use website, good prices, quick dispatch. Item was well packed. The delivery process was slow and was mentioned on website, however any delays were actually shorter than expected. The Stetson hat was well made and was a great fit. I would definitely use this company again.

Because you was sent the wrong cap, which I wasn't ordered. Because I was very angry and I don't have time to send back I was put this cap on trash and ia m very dissapointed.

J’ai acheté un chapeau qui est vraiment très très beau.
En outre j’ai fait appel au support pour me conseiller; car lorsque je l’ai reçu j’ai pensé qu’il était sûrement un peu trop grand. Le support a été très à l’écoute, m’a confirmé que la taille en dessous serait mieux, et a géré tout le processus d’échange sans que j’aie besoin de repasser par le site. Tout cela avec beaucoup de gentillesse.

Ordering is simple enough, the site is easy to navigate and the photos and descriptions are great.
We ordered an Athens Cotton Pork Pie Hat and also paid for next day delivery. As the total was under £135, we weren't hit with any import duties.
Delivery was with DHL, which didn't fill us with confidence and the tracking was a bit hit and miss as expected. I contacted Stetson and they promised to refund the expensive next day delivery fee should the hat not arrive when it should. We'd like to thank them on here for their speedy and professional replies.
Thankfully, we got it next day and we're very happy with the hat.
I'd highly recommend Stetson EU to anyone.

Replacing my old black Stetson leather cap …
I was trying to replace a black leather Stetson cap that I had bought in Zurich some years ago that was stolen by aircraft cleaners on a trip home this year. This Hatteras cap was as close as I could find and turns out to be very nearly as good as the old one. Stetson's processing of my order was flawless and delivery was much faster (6 days max Europe to Australia, despite the Middle East war) than I had expected, and happened with a minimum of fuss. My only very minor disappointment is that the pigskin is a suede finish, rather than what I thought from the images was a soft gloss leather. I'm growing to like my new cap, though, and so do my colleagues. Thanks, Stetson!
