Great price for good quality windows and doors. I had a couple of issues early on with one door being slightly misaligned in the frame and incorrect locks being fitted, but it was all sorted in a timely manner. Customer services aren’t the most responsive, but they’re helpful once you reach them.

Would give it 0 if I could they are cowboys my sister in law who has dementia was sold a conservatory box and charged £16,000 . Their workmanship is not the best they spent time on a gutter above the conservatory it now drips permanently making it a water torture, they don’t answer emails phone calls etc.They had to be called back so many times then when fully paid will not return BEWARE

Bought a composite door 4 years ago and it is now covered with a white mildew, which has stripped the door of its shine and colour. Tried to ring company and getting through to a fax. Tried the website but it doesn't exist anymore. Swansea area. Neighbour has had same issues. Useless.

Got a composite door in 2018 and it has been taken out and back to factory 4 times and now I still can’t open it I have to enter my house through the garage these are a rip off

We had a faulty front door fitted in December 2019. The front door is a fire hazard as we often can't open it as it constantly sticks. The frame looks like it's warped. The fitters also cut through the wires of our existing alarm system rendering it useless which the office then tried to deny even happened.

Despite several call outs and numerous attempts to have this fixed, it's still not remedied. It's now November 2020.

The after sales is appalling, you can never get through, they don't return your calls and promise to arrange a call out but it never happens.

They maybe be cheap but they are useless. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

I think we'll be heading to the small claim courts as we've been left with no choice.

I had composite front & back doors fitted in June 2018, I have had to have fitters out on 7 occasions as neither of the doors are properly sealed & the wind comes through both of them, especially bad in the winter, since restrictions were lifted from the pandemic their answer phones tells you to leave your contact detail & someone will call you back,I have left 5 messages on their answer phone but still no-one
has phoned me back, I would steer clear of this company as they are a cheap provider with no interest in after sales, RUBBISH!!

Fantastic. Had sterling out to replace all the windows on the house. Quality and price absolutely brilliant so had them back a few months later to replace our failed conservatory. Would highly recommend

This company are also known as Sterling Windows & Conservatories and trade as Soundglobal. Used them about 4 times on various houses & been ok. Door panel on my UPVC door failed and swelled up within 10 year guarantee period. Called them & they wanted ALL my paperwork from 10 years ago. I got bank statement showing the money paid, I had the job number, job sheet (completed by them) & the surveyors name who came out to me. They said not interested unless I had all the paperwork. I gave them the job number & asked them to trace it & conveniently they’d had a new computer system & hadn’t transferred the old records - how convenient - pretty sure they’re obligated by law to keep records in any case. They wouldn’t even come out. This was such a blatant attempt not to honour their guarantee. They’re cheap but you get what you pay for (friends have also used them & had problems). Do yourself a favour, pay a bit more & get a proper job done by a firm that cares about its after service, will honour their guarantee, & can actually keep proper records. AVOID
