After moving last year and using a totally hopeless solicitor for our conveyancing, to sell our flat we used the same solicitor our seller did last year.

Stephen Rimmer LLP were excellent, easy to communicate with, everything dealt with in a timely fashion and we’re always happy to answer any queries we had quickly and comprehensively.

It was a pleasure to use their services, and we would not hesitate to use them again.

Steven Judge was exeptionally professional knowledgable & helpful. I had to get something certified quickly, he was able to see me the next day, which was really helpful we got everything done. But due to a moment of premiture senility I had forgotten something that was vitaly important :-( . He was incredbly understanding & rearranged his appointments to fit me in & allow me to come back the same day & we got everything done properly. I cannot thank him enough. In my opinion if you need something doing he is a can do kind of guy & the world needs more like him & if your backs to the wall give him a shout, thats good old fashioned customer service in my book.

Great prompt & informative service on handling my property sale

During the past year I have used Stephen Rimmer for the estate of my late husband, up-dating my will and the selling/buying of my new home. I received excellent service throughout - professionalism, empathy, approachability, helpfulness and patience. I thoroughly recommend this firm of solicitors.

Jack and Lisa were the best conveyancing team we could ask for. They were determined, informative and great communicators.

We purchased a property which had been repossessed and was currently being overseen by a management company. Our bid was accepted in April and due to a dreadful solicitors firm being appointed as the sellers solicitors we did not complete until mid November.

Jack and Lisa took care of the initial enquires and searches in a prompt manner and kept me updated of the stages of the process. As this was my first house this was a great relief as I wasn’t entirely sure of all the requirements and forms needed to sign off before completion.

The buyers report was detailed and had all the information needed to make an informed decision. Jacks details and instructions attached were extremely helpful.

Once we were ready to exchange we faced lots of problems with the sellers solicitor as they refused to cooperate and ignored any correspondence. Jack and Lisa were persistent and nine weeks after we were ready to exchange we finally completed. Due to the nature of this case it was agreed that exchange and completion would occur on the same day and this was seamless with no issues. Both Jack and Lisa were required to do far more work than I expect is normal in this house purchase but chased everyday and kept me well updated along the way.

Choosing Jack and Lisa to act as our conveyancers was a brilliant choice and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, hardworking and reliable person to help in their house purchase. I used Leta Kerin on two occasions when buying and selling my home. A lot of us want things to happen quick but there is obviously things the solicitors have to also wait back on from other parties therefore if you have patience then these solicitors will get everything done properly and smoothly what is required when selling and buying a house.
