Fantastic service
Called on a Monday and had a new washing machine delivered the next day. Local, friendly and a great service. Definitely recommend as unbeatable on price too.

I cannot fault the customer service here, it was exemplary. In particular, Neil Hope, I wanted to purchase 2 end of line items and travelled up from South Wales to pick them up. He kept in touch regularly, sorted the transfer to the closest store and kept me updated, letting me know when the ovens got there. He also sent me over a list of other appliances as requested. A real credit to your business and an example of top notch customer service. We picked the ovens up from the Brentwood store, on the day the team there were great, advised us on parking and helped us get the ovens into the car.
Not opened the ovens yet but wanted to comment on the customer service ⭐️

Chris the manager is always so helpful and knowledgeable. I was purchasing a new cooker and Chris took time to answer all my questions.

Great experience, which is why I can be bothered to write this review.
Went to Stellison Ipswich really to view the machines in the flesh as they are a Miele dealer - we wanted Miele washer and tumble plus (likely Bosch) fridge freezer in advance of moving house.
We met Brian, who couldn't have given better service tbh. He gave us advice on each item and knew them backwards, worked out a likely price based on there-and-then internet price comparison and discussed delivery. Advised us (once we had thought about it) to order for delivery the day after moving in and, if we ordered then they would ensure everything was obtained and ready to go. That is what we did and it worked a treat.
Delivery for us was tricky but worked out and the special delivery fee (where they take off the doors of the fridge freezer to get it in place) wasn't needed and was refunded as agreed.
All in all it was excellent, no-pressure, guidance and help from a local business in the style of the past but with modern comms and market-matching prices.
Just remembered another thing: on the delivery day we had a query and another chap answered the phone but, even though not his sale and not met him before, he knew what was happening and had the answer there and then.

very helpful customer services , kept me informed, and helpful when I had a problem with the item. Delivery chaps prompt, clean, and careful of the fixtures and fittings around an awkward corner, much obliged. Would recommend this company
