Starrymaps.com Recenzje

Great customer service and the product is beautiful. Thank you!

This company is the best!! I rarely leave either positive or negative reviews, but this company absolutely deserves it.

Firstly the product, mine was on canvas, was better than I even hoped, it truly was. My fiancee is hard to but for, and equally hard to impress. He LOVES it!

Lastly Mike the representative was so helpful, I had a problem understanding something and sent him an email. He was prompt, kind, and patient and even checked after delivery personally to see if we liked it.

Thank you again Mike!!!

If you've run out of ideas for a great gift, a Starry Map is just what you're looking for. It's truly unique, personalized, and beautiful. I bought one for each of my adult children's birthdays and they loved it!
Mike, at Starrymaps, is very helpful with details and service is friendly and prompt. Highly recommended.

I ordered a custom starry map for an anniversary, and realized shortly afterwards that it might not show up in time, I reached out to customer service to see if it was too late to cancel, and Mike got back to me super quickly. In a very short amount of time he had already reached out to their shipper and got a close guesstimate of when it would show up, and reached back out to me explaining that while there are no guarantees, it was highly likely that it would show up on time. I decided to go ahead with it.
Mike reached out again to double check something that came up as a spelling error, and confirm that's what I wanted.
Every step of the way he made sure that I was taken care of and that the map would turn out perfectly. And it did!
I received it with time to spare, and it is exactly the way I ordered it.
I highly recommend this company.

This is an amazing service. Mike was awesome. My wife was in tears when she recognized how much effort everyone had gone to.
Absolutely awesome Birthday gift. Express post made sure the gift arrived exactly on time.
Well done Starrymaps and the team.
Thankyou

This was a great gift. We had a little bit of a hickup with the shipping(I forgot to put the Apt. number) but the customer service department was on it and was able to get it handled for me. Would highly recommend.

Mike was beyond helping helping me change an order and getting a beautiful piece to give someone close to me a gift they love.

a phone call before you destroy a $230.00 Christmas gift!!
With the barrage of emails, text message's and phone calls requesting money, that everyone is getting these days with scams, It is no surprise that there was no contact to pay DHL for more money that had never been discussed. And NO REFUND. gift gone Money Gone!!

Incredible. Absolutely loved our our star maps, I purchased 1 for each of our 4 kids and 1 for my anniversary. I chose Starrymaps because it was the only map that labeled the constellations, ect...and unfortunately I'm not that well versed in astrology. All of them turned out beautiful, except 1, which they re-printed and had delivered to me within a few days. Couldn't be happier that I went with Starrmaps amongst the other alternatives. Thank you!

Excellent service. Excellent product Thanks!

Would definitely recommend this to anyone. This is a wonderful gift, my parents got one for eachother and i’ve got one now for my girl! I ended up emailing them as I wanted an update and received the nicest and helpful emails! regardless of other comments the packaging and print came undamaged and with high quality! great job to the makers!! one thing i would love to see would be to change the names on the stars? even though those are the correct names it would be nice to have a choice of different lengths or languages of them?? don’t know if this is an option or not but just an idea! all the best and thanks again!!

Bought this for someone special to me & it was better than I expected... they loved it so much. Found it so interesting. Really love how you can personalise it. Means everything. Quality is so good! Came just in time for their birthday. I had to pay extra for fast delivery but it was definitely worth it. I'm very happy. Thank you so much StarryMaps!!

I just got the print.

I purchased a starry map for my husband and mine 10th wedding anniversary. I wanted to have a Astral reminder of the day we committed our love together forever ❤️

I worked with Mike, and he was awesome... even followed up to make sure the map arrived.

The turn around time was so quick. I really appreciate Mike and the team for helping me with this ❤️ I will recommend this company for sure!

They were quick to get back to me and followed up with me when they saw my gift had been delivered. Overall great product and great customer service. And my friends love their gift I bought for their baby girl.

Recieved my print and I could be happier with it! Really impressed with the way it has turned out and the staff at starrymaps kept constant communication throughout the delivery process too.

I was really excited to purchase this for someone special to reflect how amazing our first date was. After never meeting this person before, aside from some text messaging, we met for what I assumed would be no more than 2 hours, ended up being an 8 hour date, that felt like time stood still and we were the only people there. I wanted to find a way to express that fully, aside from my words. It has been two months now and it is amazing, when I truly thought I had given up on my heart every experiencing this experience again, it just kinda came walking in. I did recieve my starry map damaged at first, the company was very easy to work with and reprinted and shipped my item to me. I am very grateful for their creativity and willingness to assist me in making this a special gift.

Wonderful artwork with great customer service ! Will order again for other occasions.

Amazing customer service! I ordered a custom map for my mom's 60th birthday and their team went above and beyond to make sure it got there on time. Such a special gift - highly recommend!

The absolute best customer service! I’ve used starrymaps a few times now and not only is it a thoughtful gift for any occasion, but the team is always very helpful and quick to respond.

Mike is so helpful and has been amazing throughout the whole process of receiving my print and communicates so quickly!
