First time to order from this store. I'm in Ireland and I genuinely can't believe how quickly my order was dispatched to me. I ordered on Sunday and received the 2 pairs of NB trainers today. Top quality great price Fast service... What's not to like?! Will be ordering more from STANDOUT in the future.

First time using this company. Ordered a Levi denim jacket from them for the sole reason that they had the lowest price. The delivery was quick. I had to exchange it for a different size and this completed without any hassle and was back to me within a couple of days. Good prices good service and will be using again.

Glad I found this shop, the clothes make eyes light up, the quality of them is outstanding, prices are great value for money & the service is outstanding too. Their NASA reflective t-shirt had every detail perfectly thought out, including a beautiful embroidered NASA badge & unexpected extras, all perfect for the armchair astronaut to whom it was given & who was utterly delighted.

I actually ordered and purchased a size 11.5 UK from the seller Standout. Once I received the trainers, I removed the attached Tommy Hilfiger tag and tried on it. After that, I was wondering how the heck it did not fit on me at all as for per Tommy Hilfiger shoes size 11.5 UK would be perfectly right fitted for me. Then, I took a look at the label inside the shoes and noticed that I had received a size 10.5 UK! How ridiculous it is! I was silent for a while after I realised that and had nothing to say about this prank. Sighed! The seller was Standout and I just wanna say to you that if you don’t have the right size of shoes for whatever reasons, like out of stock or you got a lot of extra size 10.5 UK shoes that no one wanted to buy etc., for your customer that has been chosen, then please do not deliver that the wrong size to skimp your customers! All you need to do is just to tell us customers the truth that you do not have the size for us beforehand and cancel the order for us instead of delivering a wrong size to us. We customers are putting full faith on you sellers. I was really disappointed about this! I had never been experienced something like this before in my life. Hopefully, you would be improved in the future.

I purchased a Gant Hooded top which there was an issue with delivery which was unable to be delivered due to incorrect details ( my error). I spoke to customer services and they despatched the item again same day while waiting for the original item to be returned.

I have received my item the next working day, but nfortunately my item was too big for my husband which I ordered it as a surprise for Christmas and needed a replacement, the price was no longer on discounted.
I am extremely happy with the customer service I received from Roger. He resolved my issue within minutes I texted this company. Once I receive his M size I will post a photo of it. Its a shame they don't do women's too. The material is so soft and of good quality I would love one for myself too. It looks gorgeous too.
