Terrible save your money!
Terrible. Let strangers into our room at 4am. No safety there. Beware. Bags where taken I traveled back in jarmas!!!!!
Edit....... And there reply to my review is actually laughable!
1. I was back at the hotel for 11.30pm and in bed SOBER!
2. I don’t have a partner to call? I’m a single parent, I did indeed come home in the coach with the other ladies.
3. I’m epileptic I wasn’t smashed I very rarely drink! And when I do it’s very little
4. The last “fight” I had was when I was about 18! I’m now 25! And a mature woman.
5. No one else was at the hotel! So please if you do have proof of this violence of mine that the police where called this should all be on cctv feel free to post please... post up the cctv. As for your other reviews your customers can google the name of your hotel and see how “fabulous” or not so much for thereselfs. Thankyou!

We have spoke to the manager of the Hotel & been over to see CCTV footage & no one apart form the reviewers group had a key each to gain entry to the rooms.
The manager explained it was Kirsty who was fighting with the rest of her group members until 4am in the morning. The reason she left in her pyjamas was that she rang her boyfriend to come and collect her as the police had been called due to her behaviour during that night. We have seen the CCTV footage and no one apart from their group had access to the rooms. There was actually another hen party in the hotel who said Kirsty was the main instigator in causing the noise & disruption.
As you can see all of our other reviews are of a high standard! Unfortunately you will get a small percentage of groups or individuals who have too much to drink & cannot control themselves.
At no point during the weekend or thereafter did we hear from the Organiser Rosanna to complain about anything. I think that says it all!

We were down in Newcastle for my best friends hen weekend. Cannot rate our experience highly enough from start to finish. Fantastic organisation with regards to activities for our group, and we were given the choice on everything we wanted to participate in, which was put into a fab itinerary by Stag and Hen Newcastle. We did the booze cruise on the first night which went out to the mouth of the Tyne with the sun setting and it was beautiful. The Grease dance class was such a laugh! Cocktail making was an experience we can just about remember given you get to all make and drink 3 lethal cocktails! And topped off with the dreamboys, who speak for themselves really! The amount of laughs and entertainment we had were priceless. We are planning a reunion tour next year just for the hell of it! Cheers guys!

I was worrying about organising my hen do more than I was the wedding as I chose the magic weekend in Newcastle and majority of hotels were fully booked but thanks to this company everything was stress free me and my hens had such a fantastic weekend. The hotel was clean staff very friendly. The meal included was delicious. Fantastic package for such a great price. Thank you so much for helping me not become a henzilla 😁😁😁😁👍👍👍👍👍

3 nights in Newcastle on hens
Booked a hens for 3 nights in Newcastle and couldn’t recommend this place enough. Anything I asked to change or help with Keith did so quickly and efficiently. Honestly great prices even better weekend. Thanks Keith for all your help.

What an amazing weekend
What an amazing weekend! Everything ran so smoothly, everyone expected us at all our activities. Both the Life Drawing and It’s a Knockout was brilliant! All 21 of us had a fab time - contasnt laughter. It would have been so difficult organising the whole weekend for that many people, so a huge thank you to Keith for sorting everything out! I would 100% recommend Stag and Hen Newcastle.

Keith you are an incredible man
Keith you are an incredible man, thank you so much for a fantastic stag do which I will never be able to forget.
From start to finish you exceeded all my expectations and you helped me build a weekend full of activities which myself and all my friends and family will cherish forever.
Everything Keith promised me he delivered, and Keith even dropped me a text on the Saturday night just to check in on us and make sure we was all enjoying ourselves- and its little personal touches like that which goes a long way with me.
I really felt like Keith genuinely cared about us and we definitely didn’t just feel like just ‘another booking’ so for me I was absolutely over the moon and I knew I came to the right company to book my stag!
When you are passionate about what you do, it shines through every phone call and every email. Some people offer a service, but Keith in my opinion offers an experience.
Where from start to finish you are just completely relaxed and confident as you go through each process, from picking your activities to paying your final balance at the end.
Throughout, I just felt like everything was under complete control and that’s why I enjoyed this so much.
I have absolutely no idea how you manage to put together so much for such a good price, honestly you will not be disappointed.
Also wanted to give a mention to Gavin/George at Newcastle mini bus hire. If you need mini buses whatever the occasion please contact them, I rang a few companies up and this was the only company I spoke to who I felt wanted our business.
Their attention to detail and honesty was so impressive and it was probably the best money I spent all weekend other than my stag package. 👍🏻
The Mini bus was always on time, it was immaculate inside and out and the drivers are so friendly and they know the area so well!

Looking back over the clients email she praises the hotel saying it was great! The only issue was with The Adonis Cabaret buffet apparently they were expecting Hot Dogs which was never offered or specified in the booking. The Adonis provides a buffet. I think they were a bit annoyed as the Strippers did not go over to where they were sitting?? We have booked hundreds of party's into The Adonis Cabaret without any issues or complaints as does every other Stag and Hen Agency which covers Newcastle. Please see all our other reviews which are 4 & 5 Stars!!
