Getting a GP consult in this country via other means ca be frustrating having this service available was lifesaving the platform was easy to use and the clinician was professional and friendly. I also used it before for my daughter as well which was very helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

The app is super easy to use and I managed to get an appointment within the hour.

The Dr was super helpful and referred me straight away for what was needed.

Got an appointment straight away. Dr that I spoke to was excellent, professional and kind. Listened and knew straight away how to help. Prescription emailed to me immediately and off I went. A fantastic result, non of the usual let downs with waiting 4 weeks for an appointment. Thank you to everyone who has a part to play in such an organised company.

It was realy easy to book the appointment, and still I have the issue with the signal, they was professional .

The GP was very friendly and listened correctly to what I had explained to him. He prescribed me the medication I needed and even called me back after to rectify something, as I had incorrectly put my date of birth into the system. What I really liked, was that I explained that for the complaint I have, I had had it many times before and that I always end up needing stronger antibiotics than the ones routinely prescribed. Instead of palming me off with the weaker ones, he prescribed me the stronger ones for a longer period, with no hesitation. In the past, through the NHS they would make me prove the weaker ones didn't work first by taking them, and I'd end up worse and sicker for longer. I always forget I have this service available, but I remembered today, as I really needed an urgent GP appointment. My local GPs are all very nice, but I knew it would be virtually impossible to get one, and didn't fancy taking my child to the walk in centre with me for a 3 hour wait. I shall use it next time I need an appointment, to save being in a queue at 8am on the phone. It was nice to be heard and have a ease of service, whilst I didn't feel up to going out.

It was just like seeing my dr that’s if you can get an appointment and not just a phone call, he listen and asked questions, I could see him which made a lot of difference. Highly recommended

The app is super easy to use and the GP who saw me was brilliant. Knew straight away what it was and got me sorted, unlike the multiple NHS GPs who kept fobbing me off and saying it was ‘nothing’. Lovely doctor as well, thank you :)
The only thing that could be improved for both patient and doctor is the camera quality. It’s like seeing through a potato at times (I was in very good internet at the time of the call)

Very easy to book an appointment with short notice. The doctor was approachable and helpful albeit there’s some limitations due to not being in person.

The consultant Charlotte was super knowledgable and assisted me perfectly. I was having trouble with brain fog and changes in my sleep. She identified the issue, helped educate me and change my diet which in turn resolved all issues I was experiencing including my cycle related migraines. I will definitely use their services again if needed.

Initial sessions with online physio via App were excellent, but when they left, the alternative was very disappointing. A man of my own age and I think I know more about his aches & pains than he knows about mine.
First physio younger and clear that age should not be a limitation, new physio older and full of "at our age..." very frustrating 😕

It was a better experience than the last time I tried to use Square Health - which was basically a disaster. The app just didnt work and clearly the support person wasnt experienced enough to deal with the issue. GP's responded promptly and very professionally and this time I got the support I needed to get a referral.

Listened to everything i said very helpful

I attached my results from lab, so I can get the right antibiotics for the urine infection. However, the GP did not even bother to look at it, I took the wrong medication. After that my problem escalated and I ended up going to NHS and got the right treatment.

GP was polite, patient, listening and helpful

Appalling service, it took over 25 emails to book a simple visit for a blood test. I requested a receipt for the payment I made, and they made it really awkward to receive it, had to be chased multiple times, requested me to provide multiple extra details from me just to supply a simple receipt. Follow up GP appt had to be rescheduled as the Dr didn't have sight of the results. Then I got a message saying that they couldn't share my report and results to my own NHS GP. Really unsatisfactory.
