Compex Sp 4.0 da nuovo non ricarica, inutilizzabile
Ho acquistato il Compex Sp 4.0 da un noto negozio web, è arrivato con la batteria carica al 40% (tre tacche) e collegato alla rete non si ricaricava. L'ho restituito, hanno verificato che è proprio così e mi hanno rimborsato.

Terrible Company
Terrible Company. Ordered the same product twice and each time it never processed. Contacted them via email over 10 days with no response and phone number on website does not allow you to speak to anyone. Says it’s not in service and some days it’s keeps you on hold and at ten minutes phone says “GOODBYE” and ends the call. HORRIBLE.

Très grande déception
Très grande déception. J’ai commandé des bottes de récupération Compex, un colis annoncé comme livré mais jamais réceptionné de mon côté. Malgré plusieurs démarches, le service après-vente n’a apporté aucune solution concrète de la situation.
Pour une marque de cette réputation et à ce niveau de prix, c’est totalement inacceptable. Je suis aujourd’hui extrêmement insatisfaite, tant par la gestion du problème que par le manque de considération client.

Nie mehr!
Kundenservice zwar schnell aber äußerst wenig kooperativ. Rücksendungen müssen selbst bezahlt werden - wird aber vorher bekannt gegeben.
Rückerstattung seit über 3 Wochen ausständig - ich musste einen Paypal Fall eröffnen um eine Rückmeldung zu bekommen.
Lächerlich für diese Preisklasse so einen schwachen Service

If I could give a lower score the 1 I…
If I could give a lower score the 1 I would. I purchased the Compex 3.0 elite and got a defective unit which never worked. Claimed the warranty and sent them all the info and packaging etc was approved for the warranty yet they refuse to honour it. Leaving me 500$ in the hole. Worst customer service ever and terrible product. I offered to pay more for an upgrade and send them this unit back they refused and now are just ignoring my emails. Garbage this company is absolute Garbage.

Le pire.
On peut difficilement faire pire. J’ai pris le Compex mini et je regrette cet achat comme rarement. J’avais le Bluetens et je vais le racheter.
Il faut des patchs pour l’appareil lui même, ça se decolle, pour le dos c’est totalement impossible pour gérer la douleur, pour coller les appareils il faut être 2
Bref.
Une des pires expériences utilisateur
J’aimerais être remboursé et vous renvoyer ce truc
