Sportsguns Recenzje

It may seem strange that I should choose to deal with a Company so far from my home (Nottingham) when there are similar businesses nearer to hand .. but they had an item I wanted. I need not have been concerned .. first class information and communication .. first class delivery service at a reasonable cost. I would not hesitate to recommend Sports Guns to anyone, knowing that they would not be disappointed!

Item arrived punctually and exactly as described.

This is my third order, very pleased with the after sales service, and prompt delivery. Looking forward to my next buy!

Very happy. Helpful over the phone and delivered exactly when they said they would. Very pleased all round

Ordered an air gun rifle from this company , have received item in great condition, packaging was really good and protective. Brilliant comms...telephoned me to arrange delivery date, which was an early delivery by 2 hrs as delivery was stated between lunchtime and 2pm. Read some unfavourable reviews on some sites, but i would buy again from this business because the prices are good and the communications are excellent.

Gun was delivered on time despite the red zone strong winds. Great service and friendly driver.

So like an eager 54 year old child I ripped open my new ma1 replica rifle full power oooo!!!, straight into the garden , absolutely awesome gun I just had to have it!, glad I did, brilliant delivery service as usuall
Hours of fun with this 1, call of duty!!, top tip, underarm lever when cocked needs to be pulled down slightly 1 stage further after loading pellet as this releases the little side catch so you can return it back up to barrel ( hours to work out, phoned shop in end,, arrrggghhh!), top rifle tye best yet!!!

I cant say enough about how helpful and courteous Mike and his team at Cardigan Sports were. They had what i wanted in stock, and it waa hand delivered in Essex during storm Eunice!!! I am very much looking forward to doing more business with them very soon. Cannot recommend them enough.

Order a umarex m29 pellet revolver last week and it arrived the following week. This is the 15th air gun I have purchased from this business in the last five years and I have got to say they are second to none. Great online shopping experience and would definitely buy from them again.

The order process was very easy, there was a slight processing delay but i guess this is more around the availability of delivery routes for the large area of coverage.
I have purchased two Air Guns now from sports gun and their service overall is excellent with a reliable and fairly priced delivery service, i have been extremely happy.
Both guns arrived well packaged and exactly as advertised overall a great online retailer to deal with and a reliable service with very competitive pricing
Well done sports gun

Delivered my Moderator on a Sunday evening during a storm! Great service!

Supper delivery. Now ready to play. Thanks

I received a Russian b/b air pistol as ordered promptly. Once unpacked I noticed the blued steel was rusted & pitted in places probably due to poor storage? The metal body was completely dry with no signs of a any oil. On further inspection the gun did not operate efficiently and on occasions jammed.
I emailed Mike at Sports Guns and must say he was absolutely fantastic. He immediately agreed to make a full refund including all delivery and postal costs. He apologised and explained that these particular guns from Russia are built this way. The gun design/model itself was a great replica and felt just like the real deal. As I am a collector I do ask for high quality but in reflection I realise that does come with a premium and not at a low price of £175. Lesson learned!!
Any way I cannot fault this supplier in terms of fairness. I received a full refund at no expense to me. Recommended dealer.

purchased a RM8 ultra, website showed new gun no box or instructions so gun case given advert showed clearly new gun no marks, when gun delivered really bad marks on plastic rust on barrel, so clearly shows this gun was used and sold as new, had to take photos and go through paypal as when i phoned they were not bothered, but once going through paypal they got in touch to exchange gun but i had to pay £85.00 extra and they asked for cash, i have tried now for 2 weeks to get a invoice for the gun and they wont answer emails or send one, so got meeting with trading standards this week, so be aware that the gun is now shown as shop display gun, so before buying make sure you get what you order as after its to late with this shop, as delivery guy does not wait for you to open package,

This is just to show sportsguns that i did not pay cash for the RM8 Ultra, this is the paypal transaction,
if anyone can tell me how to upload photos here i can show them of the RM8 Ultra, and the £85.00 cash was to get the Rm8 Varmint as they said they did not have any ultra in.22 in stock,

Hi writing this email with deep regret, after opening my delivery of a gun from you, to find it in a very bad condition and was very upset to see a new gun like this, i except that boxes get damaged and items sold with out original boxes,

But never thought i would be sold a used gun that claimed to be new, i have supplied photos and the original listing from your website, on top of the payment for the gun i paid extra for delivery that i can only hope that i will not be out of pocket for as it clearly states i was purchasing a new gun,

Extract from shop website showing condition and sale of gun purchased

New but shop soiled box, missing instructions ,
we have included a heavy duty sniper case with this .
Full warranty, no marks .
compact version of the compressed air classic. Includes K3 Neo silencer and extra short barrel.

Please can you advise where i go from here, as you can see from photos that this is not a new gun the wear marks on the stock would never be this bad, and rust on gun can only be if its been in out in the rain,
thank you for taking the time to look at this kevin

Update claim made with paypal of original gun

hi please can you advise on return pickup thank you

So as you can see here i have put all contact to seller of the original purchase of the RM8 ultra but he is keeping on about the the Rm8 varmint beech stock gun that i paid extra £85.00 on top of the £409.00 to replace the used RM8 as they had no stock of the ultra in.22 new, and yes the beech stock rm8 is heaver than ultra, so not only did i ask seller for a rough estimate for a trade against a BSA but i also got 3 emails i sent to other shops, but i dont know what that as to do with selling a damaged gun,

Rang to shop to enquire about a pistol and red dot sight, several sights were mentioned and I was given time to Google each one to check them out before ordering, when I had decide after the assistant had advised me to the best option I placed the order, it arrived next day just under a 24 hour turnround, very pleased with the service received and will not hesitate to use them again

Purchased a Weihrauch HW110 package from Sportsguns. Communication, though relaxed, was good and shipment arrived as promised. The scope mount was missing , but this was delivered a couple of days later.
I had one technical problem setting the gun up, but a quick call and that was resolved.
Very happy with service I received

I have nothing but good words to say about this business. Placing the order was easy and received a phone call off a polite gentleman a couple of days after ordering letting me know when my rifle was going to be delivered. Deliver driver was polite and with a professional manner he checked ID and allowed me to check the correct rifle was delivered. Will recommend to all I know. Thank you.

Absolutely fantastic service. Less that 24 hour delivery. Will definitely be buying again.

No had time to test it but I shore it will be good, seconded gun Purchased from sportsguns still the best price out there including delivered.
Found what I was looking for made payment received it super fast under a week + free gun slip much appreciated. Would recommend 👌
Many thanks
